All staff are good and the breakfast was decent, room was clean and well equipped, although it does say you get a jacuzzi in the suite but you do not and the balcony is a little on the small side but overall a decent hotel.

The hotel is in a good location, service was excellent- staff were all very friendly and helpful, breakfast was also very good. Room was a bit small and the decor of the hotel is quite dated. I think this hotel has lots of potential to be better. Overall would stay again as this was a comfortable and pleasant stay.

A warm welcome, kind and smiling staff, the decor is a bit old fashioned but feels at home, I got an upgrade to a bigger room, it's nice to have a balcony in the room, good breakfast. Overall it was a really pleasant stay.

Deserves 10 stars

One of the highest levels of cleanliness I experienced at a hotel - deserves 10 stars. Service also should get a 10 star rating. Nice and convenient for everything in Nicosia and close to the highway to get quick access to the other cities. Alexia on reception is particularly polite and super helpful. The place is a gem.

Very helpful staff. Nice hotel in a somewhat bizarre location but easy enough to get to twon and from airport (by car). Roof terrace not open.

Great hotel and amazing staff

The staff here are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. Many lovey touches. The suites are in a separate building but only a couple of mins walk and the staff will transfer all your luggage if you require. The suites are very spacious and everything you could require has been though of. A big thank you for the suprise birthday cake!

If I could give a higher score , I would. The minute I walked in service came to me. Never had to ask for anything as the staff were pro active, courteous and always willing to assist. The room was clean and had all the necessities. There was parking in the hotel.Breakfast was also great. I highly recommend this hotel and I would book there again if in Nicosia.

A very old-style hotel. Breakfast was ok, no more. But the staff were super friendly and helpful. I arrived over 4 hours before checkin, and they did everything they could to give me the room as soon as possible. I also received a room upgrade and several bottles of wine "on the house". Nothing can beat good service!
