Love this hotel very friendly always clean rooms cleaned daily, excellent food always a good selection to suit everyone Angela at he poor bar is a legend shes fab!! Beautiful places to visit stunning beach 5min walk from hotel 20-25min walk to main strip in protaras, regular busses and taxis available if wanting to venture further, buggy hire just out of hotel a all round fab holiday. Will definitely be back

Clean room, friendly staff, lovely clean pool, family friendly, very well organised. Entertainment has been mixed. Guitar and singer really good to music by the pool being awful at points.

Stayed here before and came back for a short break. So a return speaks volumes. Food is always fine and plenty of choice Generally staff are all great and happy to help you. Some don’t greet you though but the manners of most the guests is my biggest issue. Ignorant guests with no manners at all. Just because you’re on holiday doesn’t mean you have to act respectfully!!!! The only things I’d change is to have a heated pool in October and one night the cleaners took my towels and left me without any to have a shower luckily they let you have sunbed towels on loan so I managed

They say you get what you pay for. This was true. Whilst we had a lovely time I would certainly find it hard to recommend anyone going here. The rooms were not clean on arrival nor were they cleaned properly during our stay. When it came to the all inclusive element well don't ask for rose as they will try and papk you off with red and white mixed. Whilst we got our rose in the end this involved complaining constantly.

Oh but for the wifi!!

Biggest issue is that despite being advertised as having free wifi in public areas this was not available. Internet was only available on payment of 24euros for 7 nights. In this day and age free access to internet in at least the communal areas is an expected minimum. Very disappointing.

Protaras hotel

Great, welcoming staff. Really good facilities, pools (4) gym etc. Very comfortable room and a really good breakfast. As a plus, you can have the buffet lunch at the hotel as a non resident for €9.50, you will pay more than that for a meal at most cafes/restaurants nearby.

Très beau séjour. Un hôtel qui fait partir d'une chaîne et qui à besoin d'un coup de neuf (pommeau de douche défectueux, sèche cheveux et télé du siècle dernier...), bref.
