Great outdoor space and good layout

We were a family group of 6 and the villa fitted our needs. Comfortable and adequate amenities. Air con was fine, but a little noisey. Pool and outside space is well laid out and nicely shaded. The management agency responded in a timely manner and provided what help we needed. Green bay is close by and is excellent as a local beach area with enough amenities to suit. Two restaurants within 10 kin stroll were good and local shops sufficient. The main town of Protaras is walkable, but may be too far for small children. Overall, if you want a quiet well stocked base away from the tourist hub, then this is a good choice.
