What a lovely stay we have had at the Vrissiana! The place is beautifully located on the beach. The staff are all wonderful and cannot do enough to help. Big shout out to Aris in the restaurant, who goes out of his way to make sure everyone is enjoying themselves. We will be back!😎

The stay was very pleasant. Easy access to restaurants, beach and bars. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay the most enjoyable. At times there were no clean towels by the pool area and at times the quality of the food was average with one or two unpleasant staff. But overall the experience was brilliant and thank you for being so thoughtful.

The Hotel is a good position. Rooms are ok but the cold lights all over the hotel (rooms, restaurant etc) make rhe atmosphere quite bad. Some details could be improved but the standards offered are typical Cypriot style so finally acceptable

The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The location is great for walking through Protaras and ease of access to the beach. However, you do hear the bars from the room at night. The pool is a nice size, clean and plenty of sun loungers.

Second stay to Vrissiana. We had a great time last holiday so chose to revisit due to its great location to the strip and beach and the fact it was half board with great food. Welcoming reception staff and Dining staff once again went over and above and couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. What let the holiday down was the condition of the room. Room needed simple repairs and the bathroom needed renovation.

Great location to beach, bars abd restaurants. Recently been painted, more paint on glass and on doors in some areas lol. We were half board and had of choice of lunch or evening meal every day which was great. Food normal 3 star all inclusive food. Not great and not awful. I was refused a jug of water, told jugs of water were all inclusive only. Had too buy bottled water. I wasnt happy. Pool area was ok, got to be early to have bed by pool. Plenty of empty beds on lawn. Room was large with wrap around balcony (we had corner room). Two chairs and table. Plenty of room for 2 sunbeds which would have been nice. Would I stay here again? No

PROs: The property is not new, but it is very well maintained. The half board (breakfast and dinner) was good value in May 2024 (probably shoulder season). It is close to the beach so guests can easily enjoy the sea and access to the long boardwalk. We are not into nightlife and had a great experience overall. Was glad we got a room on the south side (partial views of the ocean), which is much better than on the north side (ocean views blocked by neighbouring hotel). This hotel does the basics very well, but no real bells and whistles here. Front desk staff were welcoming and professional, as were most of the staff. CONs: Disappointed that we weren't offered an upgrade when the front desk mentioned they weren't very busy. A couple of the senior restaurant staff, although polite to everyone, ingratiated themselves more to guests who were perceived as bigger spenders. Guests are not stupid, especially those who choose to stay in 4-5 star hotels.

Property not a 4 star, it was clean however the rooms and bathrooms are tired and dated. The furniture around the pool needs replacing it is well past its sell by date. Overall hotel in a fabulous location just needs some TLC.
