Detached Villa - spacious 1st floor apartment. Swimming pool with large terrace
- Located in quiet neighbourhood. This Detached Villa with rental accommodation on the 1st floor. Ground floor private to the owners (never there when guests are). Gardens to all sides as corner location.

Private secure secluded swimming pool area ( Pool 9x 4 metres, plus Roman End walk in steps). with large sun terrace. Approximately 160m2. All fully enclosed with wall, trees hedges and plants. Very colourful
Shaded canopy for dining, or working/reading in the shade. Double electric socket & USB port. Large table and chairs for 6 in the shade.

Accommodation comprises ground floor entrance, hallway, stairs to 1st floor, landing leading to 2 double bedrooms. Large lounge (air conditioned) with access to dining roof terrace and stairs to pool area & terrace. Fully equipped dining kitchen with fantastic mountain view. Bathroom with large walk in shower, bath & WC. Plus additional seperate WC. Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom including spacious shower.
Heating throughout for the winter. Ceiling fans in bedrooms. For keeping you cool at night, in the summer.
Wonderful location with both mountain and sea views. 5 mins walk from village centre. 15 mins drive to beaches.
