Holiday Home 'L'ancien Chai-Proche Bordeaux-Saint Emilion'

Christine and Stephane are delighted to welcome you to their Gîte L’Ancien Chai, a former outbuilding registered in 1813 and renovated in 2022.



Located in the wine region of L’Entre deux Mers, between the Garonne and Dordogne rivers, you’ll be surrounded by medieval villages, bastides, and châteaux. Bordeaux and Saint-Émilion are 35 km away, Sauternais is 8 km, and the Arcachon Bay is 85 km away.



The 36 m² gîte offers everything you need for a comfortable stay.



Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a fully equipped bathroom. On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and small appliances) and an adjoining living room (leather sofa, pellet stove, 109 cm TV, TNT, Wi-Fi, and smart speaker).



Bed linen and towels are provided. Guests are asked to leave the gîte as clean as they found it. A cleaning deposit is required.



Enjoy a 17 m² outdoor terrace with garden furniture, plancha, barbecue, and a 360 m² adjoining garden. You can store your bikes in a locked garage. A parking space is also reserved for you.
