After arriving from the UK to the place in Ghana, the security didn’t allow me and my family to enter inside the complex, telling us that no caretaker has informed them of their ur arrival. "This was my 4th stay at what I call my home while in Ghana. I always feel at home here and have never had any issues. I got stuck there an extra 2 weeks then I originally plan because of COVID and the owner and workers made sure we were comfortable and secure. "Great staff support. Problem with clothes washer. Pipe came loose from the connector and put water over kitchen floor three times. Reservation for two but only one spoon, one fork, and one cup. Shower drain very slow. No gas for cooking available upon arrival. But I would still reserve here again. They made good attempts to resolve issues as they were reported."
