"The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in with Roberto was quick, and we were welcomed by the Manager Veronica. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was very good at the poolside restaurant. But the hidden gem is DEMAR the gourmet restaurant by Chef Andres. Thanks to Aldair the sommelier and the maître d Joshua, the dining experience was superb."
