"If you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of life this is your spot super nice beaches which we enjoyed by ourselves. The road is is quite rough but go slow and take your time it’s no problem staff was great however we had a language issue ( English to DR). The pool was perfect for hanging out in the evenings. We hiked to Las Galares and enjoyed the locals and found some hidden gems (Raquel’s beach bar and a pizzeria on the main street right side facing the ocean)"

"Everything we needed. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Quiet spot, tucked away down an alley. Kitchen cabinets need upgrading, as some of the doors were falling off, and the outside shower near the pool had a leak that sprayed a lot of water into the air. I would stay here again. "

"From start to finish, just an amazing vacation. Fabulous staff with excellent service from top to bottom. The staff cooked amazing meals for us daily. We did not have to leave the property for groceries, Juan took care of everything. Very responsible, courteous, and respectful staff. Out family loved our stay in will definitely be back again!"

"The house is lovely as is the pool. The cushions in main area and pillows in general smelled musty so we hung out outside. Be aware there is alot of construction in your backyard but we didnt really care. The pool is terrific and location is great, walking distance to really nice beaches and 15 -20 walk to large supermarket. We would happily return."

"La Iglesia villa was just right for us! Walking distance to the beach is a plus! The large outdoor patio and pool is a great place to enjoy family. The only caveat is the upstairs bedroom has a shower, but no commode."

"We loved our stay with Sylvia. Her property is simply a tropical paradise and she and her staff are great. The accommodations are very basic, and rather quaint which suited us just fine. If you are expecting slick, new and air conditioning, this is not the place for you. But if you want a little piece of tropical beauty, with a great pool, then we would highly recommend this property. you must like dogs as well ,there are 5 of them"

"The villa is beautiful, clean and well-equipped. However, the description fails to mention that there are no air-conditioners and very few fans in the property making it impossible to have a good night sleep. Also, the villa is open and bugs and creatures are able to easily get in. Our first night, the biggest black hairy spider climbed into the bathroom when my mother was taking a bath. "This house (Villa Fuente de la Suerte) and location were perfect! We loved every day—no bugs at all!!—none, no mosquitoes or other bugs that can ruin a vacation. The pool was very large by Caribbean standards, clean, and the house was better than the pictures. The view and feel of the surrounding wilderness were awesome. The house and location were completely quiet. No cars, no motor cycles, no roosters. We have never experienced that quiet in the tropics before. World class beaches abound...
