Fabulous 2 bedroom Beach Apt with a KING SIZE bed.

Centrally located apartment in the heart of stunning Las Terrenas, Samana. The unit is situated in a beautiful gated complex right across the street from Las Ballenas' beach. 2 bedrooms with 3 beds & 2 bathrooms. The En Suite Bedroom features a KING side bed and a work space area. The kitchen is well equipped, and flows into a great size living-room with a flat screen tv & Netflix and a large balcony to experience the Caribbean inside out living. Guests will enjoy 2 pools & 1 private parking.

Electricity use:
There are 20 KWH included per night booked in the price of your reservation, enough to run up to 12 hours of all 3 AC units.
Any other consumption like lights, refrigerator, microwave, TV etc. is included.

As a guest you will have direct access to a electricity meter .The price per KW is $0.50 USD, most guests have NO extra cost per night booked with responsible usage. If there is any over usage an invoice will be send to you for online payment.

Jose was wonderful. Very friendly and fast to respond. Unit was cool and comfortable. Living room furniture is laid out a little different making it difficult to watch TV but was easily moved around. Only real complaint was the screaming children at the pool. If I were to return to Las Terrenas I would definitely stay here again.

We past a really pleasant moment in this appartement. We was feeling the location so Perfect. The communication we the owner was Nice and gave more confort to our stay. I recommande that rental :)))

Communication with Host made the Dufference!

Our host worked with VRBO's booking staff to approve our "Same Day" rental and personally insured our comfort throughout our entire stay. Location was steps from the beach, convenient to great eat & drink establishments, spacious and boasts a beautiful rooftop pool! We will definitely rent this location again!

Lovely property

Well appointed unit. Close to everything. AC units work fabulously. Beach is literally across the street. Can’t go wrong staying here. Jose was very responsive and attentive. Highly recommend this property.

Jose was great! Very friendly and stays in constant communication. The property was just OK. The living room furniture is laid out extremely weird so that you can’t watch TV from the couch. Had to move everything around and then put it back when we checked out. The pool picture is very deceiving. There’s one picture of the actual pool, but then there’s a beautiful picture of the pool overlooking the beach, which does not exist. No fault to the property or Jose but it’s very loud here. Motorbikes are constant in screaming children in the pool made it hard to rest. Only lasted one night out of two. Decided to pick up and head back to Sousa where we had a house leased and added an extra night. I had really really high hopes for Las Terrenas. I left extremely disappointed. The beaches are beautiful but the sleepy little town has outgrown itself.
