Luxury beachfront condo / apartment in an IDEAL Las Terrenas location for your vacation and family gatherings. Ventanas al Mar is a small and well-kept nine (9) unit residence along a wonderful section of Playa Ballenas. The suite is a superior unit, modern, a high build quality and very well appointed, perfect for relaxing / play / remote work. True walking distance to all of Las Terrenas' best restaurants, shops, cafes and discotheques. Five (5) minutes and more. Lush palm trees and exotic vegetation all about.

The suite has two (2) spacious bedrooms, (one King bed and 2 Queen beds) two (2) luxurious baths, a large living area and a grand terrace with commanding views of your pool directly below you and Playa Ballenas directly in front to enjoy the wonderful palm trees and ocean views. The unit comfortably sleeps and accommodates six (6) adults.

Ventanas al Mar is in a 24-hour secured luxury complex with swimming pool, Jacuzzi, reserved parking spot, guest parking available and facility attendant to help with anything on site all day long.

Also, consider reserving any maid service you may desire during your stay. Popular services also include massages on the terrance and even a personal cook. Snorkeling adventures right in front of the unit and even niceties like a personal trainer and an in home cook at your request. All at reasonable local rates.
