We checked in and immediately upgraded our room. Upon entering the room we noticed the carpet was dirty so I planned to wear socks, I could deal w that. The broken ac, the broken window- I almost dealt w that, but the bathroom is where the major disappointment came in. The tub surround was falling apart, no tub stopped, mildew mold all over the bottom of the door, corners of the floor in the bathroom. When sitting on the toilet you could see the wood crumble all around- the trim and door. The bathroom had hair in the tub and on he counter. We booked he room for the tub but it was so rotten any lady would pass. So between not being able to use the tub and the broken window- we could smell the neighbors smoke and hear everything. So we called Expedia and told them we needed o check out. They sent an email to the front desk letting them know we were only staying that night and need o cancel the next two. We went to the front desk in the morning to check out early and the lady actually charged us for the entire stay. We didn't know this until we got home. Expedia was suppose to give us a $150 credit on the expedia points- that never arrived. So we are disputing the two days we didn't stay w the credit card co.
