No WiFi in room , this after paying a resort fee that was supposed to include WiFi , went to reception to be told the WiFi only really works in the main casino area , bathroom very poor , low water pressure and inadequate basin plugs

Paid extra for pool view and heard loud music all night. Pool has very little seating area unless you pay extra for a lounger. 37 for frozen drink in pool area but no outside food or drinks allowed. No prices are listed for anything and it appears it’s random rates for items. Stayed at Harrah’s in Reno and loved it. Will not stay here again. Way overpriced!

No fridge in room. Called to ask about the fridge and they told me that I can rent one for $50. No one came to change over towels or make the bed on the first day. Beds have not been made up since I arrived. Room was not very clean. Feels dirty. No curtain or glass in shower. Water leaks all over the floor. Bathroom smelled like sewage.could not regulate the temperature properly.

Everything is good except for the base wood of the bed it was sticking out and when we walk, we are bumping on it and hitting our legs and that is why we have brushes on our legs. The wood bed frames do not fit the bed.

The bathroom walls were dirty. Stains and hairs everywhere. Our AC did not work either so we had to call someone to come and fix it at 2 am.

The room was super cold. Maintenance had to come in to fix the vent and adjust something in there. It was very slow to warm up the room. Our room has thin walls. You can definitely hear the conversations next door. A few hours after checking out, I realized I forgot my jacket and shirt in the bathroom closet. When I asked for help at the front desk, they said the lost & found were already off for the day (4pm)so I have to call back in the morning and have them send it to me. They couldn’t do anything about it even though our flight was the same day. Just double check everything because you will never get anything back. You get what you pay for in this hotel!

Great location, room was average. The AC was not working well and it was very hot & stuffy in there. Pool was ICE cold. Good options for food/beverage. Nice size, not too big not too small. Just your basic Vegas accommodations. The bed was comfy and the room was quiet.

Was a bad night neighbors was fitting and making lots noise couldn’t sleep . Security got there very late to quite then down . Overall was a bad night room was clean .

The time to use the pool was 9-6? We were told 9-5
Assumed it would be till 10 so we planned to use it mid day to relax for an hour @6 - it was closed already :(
