I NEVER complain about a hotel. I have stayed all around the world. This place is trash and the staff was super rude. They had a dead animal somewhere which made the entrance smell like a sewerage plant. Tried to get the general manager to discuss the fact that I was locked out of my room for hours and there was no one on property to change the batteries in the door lock. Stay away from this cesspool disguised as a hotel and casino.

The room was beautiful, top of the line but the restaurant food was terrible and expensive. They need more and better dining facilities.

Upon check in, it smelled like death and I asked what or who died. I was informed by the young front desk gal that a hotel frequent resident had passed. He’d been there for a few days before it was noticed and our check in day was the day he was discovered. The smell was awful and the flies were disgusting. The poor gal had a box fax on her and a small little fan on the waiting room table with doors open. Her response “it’s natural” as I understand but I was also with my child. Overall, gross and was appalled at the people even going into the restaurant with such a strong stinch.

The room sheets had dark yellow stains. At the entrance of the hotel smelled like a dead rat, mentioned to the staff did nothing about it.

Honestly all we did was sleep there - my granddaughter had a soccer tournament in the area and we only slept at the hotel It was fine.

Arrived late, had a quick easy check in at 11pm. Room was clean. Bed was really comfy. We used the hot tub/ pool area and it was small but intimate as we were the only guests using it. I'd stay here again. We checked out the restaurant inside the casino area and it did not disappoint. Actually it exceeded what were expecting.

The check in process was easy. I drove a long way and was in a rush to use the restroom and the two younger ladies at the front desk checked me in quick and easy with no issues even complimented my nails and made me feel comfortable with my stay. First impressions are everything! I enjoyed my entire stay until my last night. I was out and came back late night early morning and didn’t know you could use your card to tap to open the doors to the hotel, so i’m walking up to go inside expecting the automatic doors to open and they don’t but I see a man in the lobby (who was nicer than the lady at the front desk), and a older white lady with short white hair was super rude. The automatic doors are locked i’m guessing they lock when certain hours of the night for safety reasons which I understand so i stand there pointing to let me in to the lady at the front and she opens the doors so i say thank you and continue my walk to the elevator to go into my room that I booked to stay in…she stops me with her nasty attitude questioning and insinuating if im staying there and who I am. The kind older white gentleman in the lobby is watching this happen and kindly tells me i have to tap my card to open the door - the lady hears the man say this to me and now she wants to jump in and be “nice” trying to explain to me when she could have saved her nasty attitude in the beginning and not treated me how she did and told me nicely how the man did what I should do in the future.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. I had different expectations because it was attached to a small casino, which is not my vibe. However, it was clean and the accommodations were fine, albeit the furniture was dated and worn. It wouldn't be my first choice but if necessary, I'd return.

Clean, spacious rooms. Nice beds and sheets. Air is clean too with no smell of smoke even though the casino is right next door. Free parking! And, only 20 mins from the middle of Las Vegas strip.
