Bed bug found in bed we were moved rooms, an investigation was to be done from a professional, i was informed there were no active bedbug activity in the room and no compensation would be given. The bed bug was found crawling next to our friends head we saved it for the security offi er that was sent up to check on us, he killed it so i do not see how not activity couldd be found.Not even management came up to the room, we never even seen them!!

Flying in was rough and i got sick, which i normally don't. From the time south point shuttle picked me up, the driver knew i wasn't well. He handed me a plastic bag and napkins just in case, it was a good call on him. Upon check in, the rep at counter also saw i wasn't well and had me do an early check in AND had a staff wheelchair me to my room. Thats going above and beyond! Excellent customer service all around.

It is always a pleasant stay here. The bar service and cocktail service while gambling and other wise was horrible. Aside from them staff was great, stay was great. A little trouble with our tub when arriving but it was quickly addressed.

No transportation/shuttle to strip or events. Staff, especially at card services, were not friendly or informative. Could not order take out to take to room. No microwave in room. Everything costs so much. Very noisy.

When you booked with a third party, Expedia, all of your payment goes to them and you are subject to their cancellation policies. The South Point recommends booking with the hotel directly as we are able to assist guests more than when you book with an outside company. Any complaints about refunds will need to be directed to Expedia as the payments went to them.

My husband bowls in the tournament,it’s nice to have bowling alley right in hotel so we don’t have to lug bowling equipment in and out constantly. I love the food choices in the hotel something for everyone. My only complaint about this hotel is no microwave in room. Always have leftovers from meals and end up throwing them away because no way to heat them up 😩

Great rooms and great service and dining and a great price. Lows are that the bathroom layout and plumbing and room lighting are not on par with the rest of the room or hotel. Everything else is excellent.

Southpoint is a “locals” casino that us interlopers also get to enjoy. Terrific property with tons of amenities above and beyond the main strip casinos. No need to walk in the heat for miles between casinos. Everything you need is here—and with prices for food, drink, accommodation, and spa services that you cannot beat. I will def be staying here on my next visit to Vegas.

The only thing I didn't like was the country fried steak and biscuits and gravy at Coronado cafe. The steak was not crispy or flavorful, and it felt like chewing rubber! The biscuits and gravy had no flavor...
