This was exactly what we needed for our event at the Hilton next door. Last time we stayed at the Hilton but this property was so much better and for a much more reasonable price.

Very nice place to stay with numerous unique shops nearby including a small grocery/deli store. Room is nice! Kitchen was clean and nicely equipped. TV was setup nicely and easy to use. Bathroom was a bit beat up and could use some repairs or updating especially around shower area. Arrived at this place during the night and it was very hard to figure out parking. On the approach, the street area has very little lighting and is very dark. Instructions were to park at the 5 level Hilton/Village garage. I found this garage but I never saw anything that said Hilton till the next day. The word Hilton was on a large 3' x 3' white portable sign but the letters were like 2" high. Even though this sign was white, you could not see it unless your headlights were right on it, it was that dark in this location. And the note: "park at your own risk" had me a bit worried.

The property looks pretty but something must be done with the abandoned casino. It is an eye sore. 2 residents told me that “there is something always broken around here” referring to broken washing machine, broken vending machine, a water leak in the laundry room floor. I thought it was interesting they complained about the property. Property looks nice but I would not want to live there.

This property is in a great location if you want to be outside of Vegas. It is very dated / in need of updates. The kitchen/living area was nice but missing some basics, like a cutting board or sharp knives. The balcony was lovely, but the light was burnt which made it awkward at night. Would have been great to have a heater out there too.

Great place for a getaway
My husband and I came down for 3 weeks for some sunshine and golf. The condo was perfect for us. Clean and comfortable. I like sitting on the balcony with coffee in the morning; nice view of part of the lake. Kitchen has essentials for eating in and basic cooking. We had some minor trouble with the parking garage access, but it was resolved very quickly and easily. This was our second stay in Lake Las Vegas; we like being away from the strip and enjoy the walkability of this area, and we like the Village shops and restaurants.

When we visit Vegas to see family in Henderson we usually stay at off-strip casinos, but this year we chose lake Las Vegas and we’re so glad we did! The condo is perfect, has a great view, is right next to the village so everything is a few steps away. Absolutely LOVED this place and will be staying here again!

Clean and functional apartment with a nice balcony with beautiful view over the pools and lake, not overlooked. A few steps from the village and the lake, with all the restaurants. All major stores, Target, Wallmart ... within a few minute drive.

Fantastic location, tons to do
Loved our time at Lake Las Vegas and we got to do some very cool things: hiking, bird watching, canoeing on the lake, dinner out, swimming, hot tub, and relaxing on the private patio. Can’t wait to do it again.

Check-in was smooth. Unit was clean and suited our short-term needs. A few suggestions: 1) check and make sure all lights and light bulbs are working. 2) change the shower head in the stand-up shower; it works very poorly. 3) shower door handle is ready to fall off. 4) replace the coffee maker; the lid on the carafe is broken. Overall a good stay and would stay again. Just hope management pays more attention to little details.

The unit was very nice and we enjoyed the shaded balcony in the late afternoon.
My husband and I enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the Lake Las Vegas area. We went kayaking on the lake and hiking. It was a wonderful long weekend getaway.

Great location for exploring area
Delightful condo, clean, scenic balcony, and fun restaurants within walking distance. Abundantly supplied grocery store, Seasons, was a bonus. Easy driving distance to Valley of Fire, historic hiking trail by Hoover Dam, and Lake Mead area. Super service from our VRBO contact, Raymond. Highly recommend this spot for two.

Had a 2 night stay. Check in was 4pm. Place was just ok. Bed was absolutley horrible, cheap spring mattress with a cheap old foam pad on top. Told them the 2nd day that the bed was horrible and we had to leave and check into another hotel the following day at 3pm. Was offered less than half for a refund for the second night. If they invest in a decent matress the place would be ok.

Very clean, comfortable and relaxing.
check in was a bit odd since no one was there to assist, but it was well organized and we were adequately educated on what to do. The only issue we experienced was a false fire alarm that no one from the facility or fire department responded to. We had to find someone to find at what was happening. All in all a great stay at a lovely facility.

We were happy overall with the accommodations but were disappointed on Wednesday morning when the grounds crew ruined our relaxing morning on the patio with over an hour and a half of loud blowers. Also it really is a shame that the village has gotten so dirty with trash and it seems like they used to keep better care of it. Condo was great but overall I couldn’t give 5 stars due the the outside influences so knowing the owners pay hoa and LLV dues ;(

I am a bit sensitive to cleanliness so I was very pleased that this condo was very clean. Only downside was the WiFi was spotty and we ended up using our hotspot. Otherwise great stay!

Excellent Location
Lake Las Vegas is a beautiful location if you like to visit the strip but not have to stay on it. We had easy access to everything at this location . 20 min drive to the strip, 20 to Lake Mead recreation area, and excellent food right on the resort. The grocery has a cafe with excellent food at a great price as well. I would highly recommend this location!

comfortable stay in the middle of a beautiful oasis
The apartment was immaculate. The balcony view was beautiful, overlooking the lake. The place had everything you could need from towels to cutlery, especially if you like to cook. There is a grocery store a few minutes away and lots of restaurants. The apartment manager, David, was very friendly and helpful and gave me a tour of the place. Definitely a repeat stay.

Everything you could ask for and more!
This little condo was should be used as a standard amongst other rentals. Arrived in the evening after getting a rental car and picking up some groceries. Arrived at the property and then was tasked with the delightful little task of going find the key using the host's instructions. The little village was so beautiful in the dry Nevada evening. Once me and the fiancee got to the unit and settled in we found the condo in pristine condition. perfectly clean and seemingly never used. You get a vibe that the condo is kind of old but it adds to the charm and appeal of the unit! You can taste the old school Vegas... The kitchen was REALLY well stocked with cooking utensils and everything we needed to make our meals with ease. There was even a electric wok! The quaint and coziness of the place kind of took it's toll on us as we never actually made it down to the pool but enjoyed looking over it from the spacious balcony. The view from the balcony was actually very nice, it offered a north-west view of the mountains which the residential and resorts of the .lake sit at the base of. Fantastic tub and such a big bathroom! I really didn't want to leave the Viera. I actually preferred our stay here over the part of the trip which we stayed at the Palms Resort right off the strip on the 50th floor with a wrap-around corner balcony.. Looking forward to returning to Lake Las Vegas and most likely staying with the Windmere property group, would highly recommend staying at one of their rentals.. The host I dealt with was quick to reply and ready to help if needed!

This apartment is managed by a management company. The pros on that is it was very clean. The downside was that it had the cold feeling of a hotel room. The condo has zero view. The unit is directly in front of trees and you can’t see no part of the pools. Instead of being able to do self checkin, you have to meet up with someone to give you the keys. I personally, did not like this part. I would not rent this unit again, not because it wasn’t fine, but because of the obstructed views.

The process booking and arriving late was perfect. Raymond the host was awesome communicating by text or email. The condo was comfortable and clean and had a nice view of Lake and pool. I will go back to windermere properties again to rent property.
