Located in very quiet, low traffic area 20 minutes from strip 15 minutes from Fremont. FREE parking on premises. Guest house is a separate building from main house for full privacy of our valuable guests.

KING size bed for comfortable sleep and pull out couch can also be used as a bed for children. Walk in closet, smart TV, Wifi, free coffee and complementary beer will make your Las Vegas experience always better.

Nice out of the way guest house

We didn't want to deal with a hotel/casino for a house-hunting trip. This little place was just what was needed; comfortable and clean, away from the crowds.

Great overnight spot

Hosts were lovely and accommodating to our needs. Clean guest house with privacy. Safe neighborhood and easy access to north side of Vegas and freeways. I recommend.

Quiet, separate structure guest accommodation from the primary home, which I assume was occupied but I never saw or heard them. I'd look to go back into the future.

Last minute cancellation

Horrible! Owner canceled 2hours before check in!! I had to scramble to find another place to stay It was spring break so very limited available options plus all the prices were elevated! I ended up in a smoky hotel 30-45 minutes away

Lovely aesthetic, cozy, neat, comfortable stay

The room is lovely! Very private. The owner is very friendly! Great vibes. My cousin, brother, and I had a great experience relaxing there with A/C, and they even offered us an air mattress because the pull out sofa was meant for a child (my cousin fit on there so it's all good haha). We all slept super well in the comfy king size bed and sofa. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. 25-30minutes away from the strip. I would definitely rebook with them ✨️

Perfect Little Place

This was perfect for what we were looking for. We just stayed one night and enjoyed every bit of it. There's a large and very comfortable bed, pull out couch, TV, mini fridge, and other little things that make the place perfect. It's not too far from the strip and there's a lot of great places to ear around the area. Daniel was also a grwat host and always provided the information we needed. The only thing is that the shower was a little difficult to turn off completely without it dripping, but we eventually got it. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for one!

Clean cute guesthouse with big parking space

We looked for a place to stay while traveling to Lake Powell with our boat. We’re concerned staying and parking our truck and boat at a casino, motel or hotel. I found this place and messaged the owner. The space was perfect for us! Easy to get to, plenty of space to turn around and park our truck and 24 ft boat. The bed was comfy, room was clean, the sofa is a sleeper couch which our son didn’t pull out to sleep on. Communication was great with Daniel. Highly recommend!

Had a one bight stay with family. The owner and his wife were very helpful and supportive. By seeing that we were more people, he brought us extra inflatable bed, pillows and blanket before we even asked. They were also nice and smiling all the time. Thanks for a wonderful experience.
