I made a reservation at this hotel I received my confirmation number when I got to the hotel I showed them my confirmation email and provided all my information. They advised me that they didn’t have my reservation on file and did not try to compensate me and the transaction went through my account. Now I have to open a dispute for the transaction to get my money back for this issue.

Awful experience. Would not recommend. Area is crime-ridden. Property is old and not kept up, very smoky and antiquated. Staff at front desk not talkative, especially when inquiring about the area/eating/pool/etc. Had an awful experience with neighboring room, called security twice about it and they "confirmed" the noise complaint (1am and 3am) but did not intervene. Were moved to a different room the next night after asking for a refund to leave the property and recording the noise for front desk to hear. Hardly an experience I want to remember for 5 days in LV

Definitely recommend setting your a/c and leaving to grab a bite or just spend time OUTSIDE the room. It was incredibly hot when we first arrived. Thankfully we had dinner reservations already so we let the air blast while we were gone and came back to a much fresher room.

Given a room which still required maintenance and I wasn’t informed of the situation with the room. Was not very pleased with the lack of communication from the registration staff. But was later switched to a new room without a problem.

I liked the dining options for food. inside the rooms need upgrade. air vent in bathroom does not work. was not aware that you have to book cleaning service for daily cleaning. Ground floor smoky due to the casinos there.

I have stayed at Arizona Charlies in the past, it had been 8 ot 10 years ago, always has been fairly clean and decent rates... Was a little surprised about the 75.00 surcharge or deposit that will be credited back to the card, that should be communicated in the reservation portion. Did not have any issues, room was clean and comfortable. Did not eat at any of the onsite restaurants, but in the past they were very good, and I would guess that they still are. Reservation team was very good during check in and check out. I will definitely return.
