Wouldn't recommend
The property didn't look as shown in photos. The outside front landscaping was run down. Signs and anti slip flooring strips made the environment feel less than homey. No chase lounges at the pool. Overall dissatisfied. Wouldn't recommend.

Christmas getaway
Our Christmas getaway turned out quite well. We weren’t so sure at the beginning. We chose this property over others because of the fence around the pool due to having two small children. Because of the fence around the pool in the pictures we chose this property. When we arrived at the property the first thing the two children want to do is go play on the swings. When we open the door to our surprise no fence around the pool. Keep in mind if you have small children and you think you’re booking because of a fence around the pool there is no fence around the pool. Having said that the rooms were beautiful the beds were comfortable it was big enough for all of us to enjoy your Christmas. Disappointed that the two fireplaces shown in the pictures were not available for use. I believe if you’re posting pictures of your facility those options should be available for use. All in all it was a great trip no problems with the pool, our two children were safe due to someone being with them 24 seven outside. We did have an enjoyable trip. As others have noted had to request code to enter at 3 o’clock due to not receiving it prior to that time.

Lead Vegas stay
Check in information was not given until a few hours (5) before check in. It made me a little nervous since i had a long drive to get there. The home was clean neat. There were few issues. I payed $200 extra for the pool to be heated and it was never heated enough to really get in and enjoy it. Some doors on bedrooms were not able to close. (Not lined up with doorways) Not enough coffee cups (only 4) in a house that sleeps 16. The home is really beautiful and we hand a nice stay. Over all it was a nice stay. Thank you for your hospitality.

List to improve services in future
While our overall experience was good there are certain things that may help to improve your services. Need to improve utensils. As pans and silverware is really outdated For ten people only six coffee mugs or cups were provided Doors and cabinets need to recalibrated Fly treatment outside is must and should be addressed. We have not experienced Fly bites in our life. It was really hard to sit and enjoy weather outside because of those Flies Swimming pool was not working especially the filters and we were not comfortable able to get into the pool Bigger towels cold be more convenient Garage floor outside is not giving a good look to property. As I mentioned above your are in the business of hospitality improvements on your part will bring more rentals to n future. Regards

Spacious house but only comfort wise
We occupied all rooms. Pros. -Plenty of space. -Easy check in, access. -Good communication -location was convenient to freeway and food. Cons. -Older home in need of updated finishes. Clean but some items in obvious disrepair. -Blankets were inadequate for temperature in rooms, too thin and no extra blankets were available. I actually went out and purchased a comforter so I could be warm. Thin blankets make sense for summertime in vegas but winter happens there too. -Heating system heated the house irregularly and some rooms got very little heat while others overheated. Playing with the thermostat did not fix the problem. Thanks!

A few light bulbs out. Pigeons living in the roof / ceiling somewhere. Could hear them at night. Silverware and pans adiquate. Could have used a few more pans and pots. Heat imbalanced on the thermostat. Cold some rooms. Got others.

Softball Tournament
Our daughter had a softball tournament, and we wanted to find a place close to the field; we would recommend the house to any family looking to stay in a quiet and clean location. We were able to enjoy all the amenities of the home.

Beautiful peaceful stay
Everything was amazing. Just a few small things but over wonderful place to stay. I would just advise to make it more clear that heated pool is only heated for a fee and the dry towels had lint on them. Besides that it was a great stay and a perfect surprise trip. The owners were very communicative and very accommodating. We had a lovely time. Thank you

Advertising of amenities not accurate
The kitchen only had 1 8in fry pan. 1 small pot. We had 8 people and had to cook 1 hamburger at a time. The bbq didn't work. We spent almost 100 dollars to fix the regulator on it.

Reunion Getaway
The property was great for our family and would stay there again. The pool was great for the kids along with the gamilng table of pool and air hockey. There are some repairs that would benefit the property, but it wasn't detrimental to out stay.

Home needs some attention
Beautiful home but is in need of new furniture. Sofa’s are in bad shape. Broken chair and dirty chairs on patio. A stone under leg of table in kitchen. Many broken window blinds. Dirty ring in showers and bath tub. Maybe mold or dirt. And a little paint might help here and there. Sorry, this is how it looked to us.

Pool table was junk, the felt was so bad you couldn’t even shoot a ball, bbq had no way to light it even in the kitchen. The TV took a while to get working, Everything else was clean and in good order. We were able to park in the garage which was nice in the heat.

Very nice property in a great neighborhood. It is a stretch from the strip but not to far. The pool table is in need of an over haul. The house stays a bit hot because the owners have the thermostat controlled to automatically raise the temperature. Overall we would stay again and enjoyed the experience. Thank you for the memories!

The house was perfect.There were not enough amenities not enough towels,Hot water wasn’t plentiful after one or more person showered their was no hot water no washing or cleaning supplies.Pool was not clean.And someone came to clean the pool while we were in it.Not before.And very strict about check in time.On our last day someone came to clean the house 4 hours before check out time.Lovely home just not the right amenities for the asking price to stau

Okay overall but the details are lacking.
The house looked like the pictures but once we were there the actual details of the house were lacking. The pool table was worn down and unleveled, and the table and chairs were very wobbly, and the pool was only solar heated which was useless since we visited in December. They had some dishes and cookware but not enough if you are wanting to cook most of the time you are there. It would be great house for the summer when it is hot though.
