Comfortable 3 Bedroom 2.5 Bath Family Home in North Las Vegas

  • Stay at this unpretentious and spacious 2 story, 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home in a wonderful North Las Vegas neighborhood! Easy Self Check In with Digital Lock. Kitchen is equipped for cooking so let your inner chef come out to play! Just remember to clean up after :) Large Master Bedroom with King Bed and Ensuite Bath. Both smaller bedrooms have comfortable Queen Size beds. Upstairs laundry room. Small backyard patio with BBQ (Guest responsible for Propane). 2 Car Driveway. Individual window AC units in rooms. No Central AC/Heat. Small individual heating units can be moved around if you need heat. Dining table seats 6. Supermarket, drug store, restaurants, dispensary and shops all within easy walking distance! Sorry no remote avail for garage. You can use the garage but you'll have to use the button on the wall to open and close the garage door.
