    We chose this home in one of the nicest areas of Las Vegas, close to everything! We keep the home in remarkable condition and provide the best guest services.

It is close enough to the Las Vegas Strip to enjoy exciting 24 hour entertainment, and far enough away to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and sunny backyard with private pool.

    WONDERFUL ACCOMMODATIONS!
    .... Every room of this home has been professionally decorated. Relax in leather furniture while you watch movies. The first floor has a bedroom with queen sized bed and attached full bath. A newly updated kitchen allows you to create your beverages, snacks, or even prepare gourmet meals if you would like. The second floor features a spacious Master Suite and the 2 additional bedrooms can be set up with either a king size bed or (2) twin beds in each. All Bedrooms have TV's and new memory foam mattresses!

    .... With the tropical sun shining down, cool off with a swim in the large private pool and spa, or relax in one of the many loungers while gazing at the towering palm trees. Frank and Sharon are excellent hosts! Sharon met us at the house to give us a tour and explain how things work. I had mention casually ahead of time that we were hoping to do some hiking and she had written down a list of places to go. So thoughtful! The house is comfortable and a great place from which to explore the beautiful natural world around Las Vegas!

Great mini family reunion

Fantastic Home in Great Location!

This is a large home which was perfect for our family in town for a family wedding! The location is great for access to anything you can possibly want. And the property manager, Sharon, could not have been more helpful. This is not a newer home, however. Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful

House & property are beautiful and well kept. The outdoors is an absolute oasis. The owner & house manager are wonderful to work with and very informative. Our family stayed a week and could not have been more happy with our time. The house is close enough to the strip & airport so commuting was a breeze. Close to shopping and restaurants. First-time Vegas Getaway

It was 116 degree weather the week we were there and by far the neighborhood, the house, the pool, and the spa were all amazing to have. The heat didn't bother us from having a great time here. Frank and Sharon were very helpful and knowledgeable. Sharon was a treat. We loved the location and it's proximity to the strip as well as any other necessities. We will definitely be coming back!

Clean place in a safe neighborhood, beautiful house

We were grateful to find a place for three couples to stay fora week where we had plenty of room (that master, oh my!) that was close enough to the airport and strip but far enough from all the chaos. Sharon greeted us and gave us a quick run down so we had absolutely no questions during our stay and although we’re didn’t need it. I knew I could reach out to her any time of day! We had great battles at the pool table and want to come back when it’s warmer for the pool in the amazing back yard! Thank you for a positive stay!

Thanksgiving Weekend 2023

The property was perfect for our small family get away. The jacuzzi and the pool table was a hit. Another plus was the jack and jill bathroom upstairs for 2 of the bedrooms and the down stairs room also having private access to the guest bathroom. As others have mentioned, Sharon was very nice to meet us at the property and give us a quick tour. Quiet and safe neighborhood with close access to grocery stores, restaurants, and venues for shopping, movies, and other forms of entertainment.

Vegas Sphere

The well-kept house is located in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood close to the airport and The Strip. We were in Las Vegas to attend a 3-night concert at The Sphere. This house allowed us to get away from the casino resorts and crowds and relax in the pool/hot tub. We enjoyed the space and fully equipped kitchen. Sharon met us at the house to show us everything and answer all our questions. We will stay here again when back in Las Vegas!

Henderson House

Pros: Beautiful pool and hot tub with clean water for swimming. Spacious. Well stocked home, kitchen. Nice suburban neighborhood with easy access by car to various Vegas area attractions. Accessible owner and local manager. Cons: General maintenance was lacking. The house was dusty, maybe dirty, and upkeep reminded me of a college apartment. The refrigerator needs to be replaced. Outlets, switches, molding, toilet seats, bath and shower, windows and blinds, all need attention. There isn’t just one problem that would be easy to fix. Owner could go from room to room and meticulously inspect every surface and fixture. I’d also recommend a deep cleaning and a regular cleaning improvement process.

Great Las Vegas home!

We loved the location, the house and especially the pool & spa. There were some spa issues but Sharon got on that, even though it didn't bother us. Bedrooms were nice, but my only complaint for the master bed was the sheets were a little threadbare and the bottom sheet wouldn't stay on the bed, it kept popping off. I'm glad I took my own pillow, as I don't like king pillows, but I know other people do. It would have been nice to have some glass serving bowls in the kitchen & maybe a few more utensils, but we made everything work. It was nice to have the plastic cooler. We brought one, but it was nice to have an extra for drinks, and not take up the refrigerator space! The neighborhood was quiet and presented well. If you want to gamble, it's only about 5 minutes to Sunset Station. The garage was great to have during those 110 degree days. We could fit both SUV's in there. Would definitely stay there again, if we ever want to vacation in Vegas again!
