Sonya's place was exactly like the pictures, great place to stay and very clean. Bed was comfortable and had everything we needed. She was very communicative and provided clear instructions, made everything very easy for us. Will definitely stay again

Perfect Getaway Home

We had an awesome time in Sonya‘s home. It was conveniently located to everything we needed. The house was very peaceful, quiet, clean, and just like the photos in a relaxing environment. We highly recommend it to anyone coming to Vegas!

Wonderful accommodations!

Easy to get to and good location for all kinds of adventures. Very responsive and helpful owners. Home is comfortable and very clean. Back yard is very tidy and set up beautifully with flowering shrubs and nice furniture. At the top of our list for accommodations when we come back this way!

Great for Work

Scheduled the stay on short notice for a conference at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Easy commute to the convention center 15-20 min depending on traffic which was never that bad. Nice quiet neighborhood, very close to restaurants and shopping. Very easy to check in/out with great communication. Would stay again.

Excellent stay

This is a beautiful, clean and modern home in a quiet and convenient location. My daughter has just started attending UNLV this fall and we were looking for a home away from home to stay whenever we visit her. We are so lucky to find that on our first try! The house is very well stocked with everything you could need. Plenty of towels, quality linens and space for everyone. We will definitely book again!

Great stay!

Stayed here with five other family members. The house was immaculate just like the pictures show. The kitchen stocked with everything we needed to cook, and plenty bath towels. Great communication… loved all the little signs throughout the house. I would definitely recommend and book again.

Very clean, great location, quiet neighborhood

This place is the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed. Beds are very comfy. We loved sitting outside in the sunshine. It’s close enough to the strip if you want to visit, but is in a quiet neighborhood. Hosts are very attentive and easy to communicate with. Lots of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. We will definitely stay here again.

Wanting to stay away from the strip. Easy access to hoover dam and things to the east, quiet street, well stocked well at up home. Solid week with the family. Host was super helpful.

Work/Girls Trip

This place was perfect for our work conference/girl's trip! We spent most of our time at the strip but it was really nice to have a place to get away from the smoke-filled casinos. It was central to everything we needed to do. The place was so clean and her instructions were perfectly easy to follow. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks for everything, Sonya!

Wonderful Property

We will be back! The home was very clean, safe and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The host was quick and helpful to respond with our questions. The beds and pillows were amazing. One of the best places we have stayed over the years. We stay in 6-8 vacation rentals a year and this was one of my favorites. ;)

Home away from home!

Due to delayed flight we arrived in the wee hours of the morning, had super easy check in, reached out to communicate that we discovered a broken mirror upon touring the home and Sonya responded immediately! This home was just as advertised, modern and simple but elegant decor that added just the right touch. Kitchen was complete with everything needed to make a few home cooked meals during our stay. Within minutes from local attractions and plenty of store run options. Location was great and neighborhood was very quiet allowing for rest during the day or night. Would recommend for small families or groups!

Great Stay& Awesome hosts

Condo was perfect for our sisters trip. Located in Henderson about 15 minutes from the airport. Had no trouble locating the place and definitely accessible by Uber. Sonya & Aron were the perfect hosts and extremely responsive when we had questions. Kitchen was well equipped, although we did not cook during our stay. Condo was tastefully decorated and immaculate. Beds were nice and comfy. Only suggestion would be to replace white modern side chair with a stuffed fabric lounge/easy chair in the living room area for additional comfortable seating. Would love to stay at this home again. Thank you!!!

Our stay got off to a bumpy start. The access code did not work. We were able to contact the host and wait for her to unlock the door remotely - then reset the code. Upon entering the home, it was very clean and well organized - but the aroma of air fresheners/scent sticks was overpowering. Once all the (five in total) air fresheners were moved into the laundry room and we could breathe... then the vacation began. The home is well-maintained, well-appointed, and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet not busy. The "off-the-strip" location was a breath of fresh air. It was so easy to get to where we wanted to go. Overall this was a lovely place to stay.

Comfortable local neighborhood accommodation

The property is clean and comfortable. It’s in a nice neighborhood with good access to shops (less than 5 minute drive away). The property manager was quick to respond and had a kind manner. We had a few issues with the fridge which they responded to quickly and appropriately. The bins were full when we arrived which was not great, the property looks much bigger on the online, it’s much smaller in reality but still comfortable. The property has some wear and tear which when addressed would bring our rating up (front door is weathered, blinds were flimsy etc). We’d also suggest that the property owner invests in pest control to spray regularly to reduce bugs entering the home. We found two huge water bugs in less than two weeks. It would also be nice if we had a small welcome pack of conveniences when we arrived. We would stay again if the the price was lower as we feel the cost is too high for what you get. Overall, this a decent accommodation for a stay of our family of 4 adults and two 12 year olds.
