I arrived early and confirmed that my room would be available at 2:30 p.m. When I returned to check in, it was already 3:30 p.m., and the room was still unready. I did get an upgrade to a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit. At first, everything was terrific. Once we lay down on our beds, the pillows and covers smelled horrible, like they had not been changed for a while, so did our blankets. I didn't complain to the front desk because I absolutely love their customer service. It was my second time staying here and my first experience was so much different than this one.
