Exceeded Expectations!
Mike was a spectacular host with a perfect property. Location was convenient by Uber to everything! I’m looking no further than Mike and his properties for any future trip to Vegas.

Great home
Our family of 7 stayed at Mike's home. We appreciated all the amenities provided. Plenty of towels, dishes, cookware, game room, and pool. Mike left very simple instructions to follow and a guide book with nice tips forndining out and tourist attractions. The home was very clean and welcoming. We plan to stay again!

Great Place.Good Location. Awesome Host.
We loved the home. Nice home that offers an outside area with pool and sitting area. Really enjoyed the game room. Kitchen is fully set up and well stocked. So check in before running to the store. Youll find a lot of things there already. The host was excellent. Great communication. One thng everyone wants when they stay away . . . a comfortable matress. They were here! You won't be disappointed. We hope to come back next time we are in town. Thanks Mike!!

Loved it. Didn’t have the pinball machine we were hoping to use. Also no access to sunroof above the poolroom but we really had no time to enjoy it anyway we were to busy enjoying Las Vegas. Loved the location.

This Home is absolutely amazing. truly felt at home for our entire stay. Mike has been anabsolute great host work with on any queations we may have had. The location of this home makes it ultra convient to the strip ( 8 mins) or north vegas fremont street (18 mins) its far enough out to truly relax from your daily adventures and unplug in a very queit neighborhood. definately will rent again

Perfect home for family get together
The home was very clean and provided a warm atmosphere for our needs. Plenty of room and lots of things to do such as the pool table, table tennis and a variety of games. Bonus was spa as weather a little cool this time of year, but spa is a nice touch.

Quick Stay for Convention
Nice house with comfy beds. Close to a lot of my favorite restaurants on Spring Mountain with easy access to the Strip and Convention center by rental car. The host was always available for any questions or concerns. Thank you!

Great Home, Great Experience
Awesome property, very comfortable. It feels very private. We didn't get a chance to use the pool or hot tub, but it was an awesome setting for morning coffee and end of day relaxation. There is a great deal of easy to access information about the house, the neighborhood, and the surrounding area available at the house in a three ring binder. The house has a great layout with bedrooms on one side and the living room, kitchen, and game rooms on the other side, allowing people to rest in their rooms while others don't have to worry about noise. We had a great stay and really appreciated everything about the house and location.

2023 all-craft Vegas
There were 3 of us and it was really nice to have a house rather than a room at one of the casinos. The house was well stocked and even had a few goodies in the frig and pantry that were helpful. I had to get my main't. guy to assist with starting the TV the first day as there were 2 remotes and I got confused (not hard to do). Having the hot tub was really nice but start it an hour before diving in as it was chilly. We had to call the owner on one occasion and he responded quickly and solved our question instantly. Our stay was enjoyable for sure and I would use Mike again in a heartbeat. The guy is great my only complaint is I did not get to thank him in person but we will be back and I will get that opportunity. Thank you Mike it was fun. One last thing there are plenty of towels for the pool use just open all the cupboards and you will be pleasantly surprised.

Great location for family get together
The house is in a lovely quiet neighborhood yet super close to the strip and all Las Vegas has to offer. The game room was so much fun for our family and the pool and hot tub were so relaxing. The house is laid out very nicely for privacy and all the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is really well stocked with everything you could need. Would definitely stay here again!

Great villa
Wonderful, comfortable villa with everything you need. Pool area was perfect, huge and with lots of places to sit in the sun or shade. The games room was ideal for our family- playing pool, table tennis and listening to the jukebox. Location just a $12 Uber/Lyft from the strip. Walkable supermarket, places to eat, bars and coffee shops. Mike was always available if needed. Highly recommended. Thank you Mike we had the best time.

Beautiful and Relaxing Home
I first want to say Mike is absolutely the best host, our flight arrived earlier then expected and he was so kind a to let us check in early 😊 The home is absolutely beautiful it’s huge and very spacious for the 4 of us the pool and game was the bonus. We had everything we needed for cooking and bbq. We will definitely be back, this is by far the BEST VRBO we stayed at. The area was so quiet and peaceful, you can’t go wrong with staying here. Thank you Mike for hosting our famil, we will definitely be back.

Escape Home is the perfect name.
Went with my grandkids. Ages 8 and 13. The pool with a slide was just great. My niece and her husband live in Vegas, so it was a nice treat to get to see them. My 13 year old grandson had wanted to see a Omega Mart and Meow Wolf for a long time so this was an extra special treat.

Great rental house in convenient nice neighborhood
We thoroughly enjoyed our short week in this home. Everything needed was provided, except groceries...lol. We have no complaints at all, but I will say that the mattreses are all quite firm. I would love to do a repeat of this trip and stay here again. The owner communicates very well and responds to everything.

Nice place...very kid friendly...nice neighborhood.
It was a nice place. Air conditioner was out on arrival but it was fixed the following day. It was a holiday so next day service was very good. Washer/dryer/dishwasher worked great and convenient. Pool and hot tub clean and functioning. A couple more linked up TVs to watch golf outside or rec room would be nice but it was still a nice place regardless.

We had a great time at this home. It was a really good location close to the airport and the strip. Mike the owner was an awesome host with really good communication. The game room with the pool table was a big plus for us. We wanted a low key visit to Las Vegas and this home provided the amenities we were looking for. This was a perfect house for us to come back to after our all day adventures. We are not big bar goers so being able to come back and have dinner and drinks at the house was the perfect way to end our days, and the hot tub was a great bonus.

Nice house and property, the only negative was the hot was difficult to heat up.
Overall great stay and location but if your interested in a good soak in the hot tub stay away from this property during the winter months.

To clarify, the hot tub has been updated with a new heater dating back to last summer. The tub is in good working order year-round. Directions are clearly spelled out in our easy-to-read home notebook of exactly how the operate the tub. It's unfortunate this guest failed to do just that.
