Not the best experience... Not the worst either
Message to the owner......
Hey Andrew,
We are out of here tomorrow and I would like to say thank you for the hospitality but our experience here wasn’t a good one. First, like I mentioned before the pool was and is dirty. The pool was one of the reasons why we liked this property.... so that was a major let down. Secondly, the kitchen sink is backed up and apparently the garbage disposal needs to be reset. We decided to cook dinner last night and while using the sink my girlfriend calls me out there because it was getting back up. She went to press the disposal button and nothing. She reaches in the drain and pulls out a crunched up shot glass (which we still have sitting on the sink for you). After doing so we decided not to reach back down there since that was a dangerous enough discovery. We don’t drink so that was definitely not us!! Third, the TV situation sucks. No cable?!? We don’t have subscriptions to all of these programs other then Netflix. The point of renting a home is having the comforts of one.... even if it is Vegas. So that’s a huge bummer. Fourth, having the cleaning guy show up when we got here for the towels being left in the dryer and wet ones up on the wet bar.... wasn’t cool. And fifth, we understand security but the cams inside is rather creepy. We appreciate the security thought and being able to cover them but we weren’t feeling that either. I honestly told my Queen if I would’ve known of the TV situation (being basically Netflix) and the cams inside I wouldn’t have rented this property, and the pool made it even worst. We would have informed you earlier of this issues but didn’t want to be dealing with maintenance men and things being fixed when we’re supposed to be on vacation. Other then that the grill was great lol and the location is cool. Again thanks for letting us spend time at this property, but it’s safe to say this will be the first and last time...... and the automatic trash can door is broken. 😔
