Great stay all around!! If you are arriving late at night you need to go to tower 2 to check in. It was all very easy!! If your feet get sore from all the walking, the monorail is very close for easy access to the strip. :)

Very nice property with close proximity to the strip. Great views and pool/hot tubs. Housekeeping could do better job and mattress needs replacing, but unit was all we expected and needed. We would definitely go back.

Perfect Anniversary Getaway
Great suite for anniversary! Right off the Las Vegas Strip with convenient access to MGM Grand. Louis provided all the details for our arrival and stay. My husband and I were very pleased and would stay here again.

Top of the tower luxe!!!
We had a heck of a time getting a parking pass and didn't quite understand trash and towel service. We were there for 2 weeks and loved the suite! The kitchenette was a must when staying this long and the bathroom is over the top luxury!!!! I am designing a suite just like this at home now. Managers were awesome about communication and the view is fab!!!! Yep stay here!!!

Very nice room and location
We booked this room several months ago and got an immediate response from the property manager. Check in went just as they had indicated and pictures were accurate. The room was perfect for 3 of us. Enjoyed the view from the balcony and having quick access to MGM Grand pools was fantastic! And, the walk to the strip was easy and convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

My boyfriend and I have been to Las Vegas multiple time including twice during 4th of July. We decided that we wanted to go to Las Vegas during the 4th of July again this year. We like staying at the MGM Grand and was looking at our options and stumbled across the MGM Signature. I always knew it was there but knew it was more expensive. Well found this and thought I hit the jackpot (pun intended) haha The communication was the BEST the day I booked. When we got there….. WOW best way to stay in Vegas! Check in was a breeze the view was AMAZING and the room was better than expected! MGM Grand is a short walk. The pool complex is why we like MGM and it is right there. This room is right near the elevator and is in the closest tower to everything If you are questioning this don’t! We are going to book this room from now on! Thank you!!

The communication leading up to my trip was great. I was contacted and provided instructions on the the check-in process and what to expect upon arrival. I had additional questions which were promptly answered and I was ready to enjoy my brief get away. Check-in was a disaster! I was prepared with my ID, credit card and room number required for check-in. I was told that there was no reservation for my stay which I advised them was from March 29th to April 1st. The staff person was courteous and tried to be helpful by calling the phone number listed for the condo unit owner. They advised me to do the same which I did utilizing the number they provided in case I needed any assistance. I left a voicemail and sent a text explaining the problem. I also sent a message via the VRBO app. I showed the person checking me in the correspondence between myself and the owner confirming my reservation for for my stay. I was advised that a key would not be issued until the owner made contact with the property management. It took approximately 5 hours before I received a response from the cellphone number provided by the owner in the event that their assistance was needed. I received a message within a few hours from the owner’s assistant via the VRBO app stating they didn’t know why I wasn’t showing as registered and they would be contacting management to straighten the issue out. I ended up leaving and going out to eat and walking around in order to pass the time until it was worked out. The alternative was to loiter in the lobby and wait for a response from the owner. I understand that there can be errors made but the fact that the owner was not available to myself or building management for hours is unacceptable. To be fair the unit was clean and looked like the photo. The only other issue I had was that there was coffee and a maker but no cups. The Starbucks which is advertised as in the building is only open on Sat and Sunday so it was unavailable during my entire stay.

I rate this room of five star it was everything you could possibly ask for you really didn't even have to go out of your hotel for anything you had food , casino, bars and more and the best thing about it was you didn't even need a cab to take you anywhere you can walk right through the hotel and get straight to the strip

Fun stay
Great communication with manager, she was very attentive. We were a bit bummed that any perks to hotel like Starbucks, ice cream is not open. The check in was a long wait. The tub OMG...my favorite! The view was beautiful as well.

Nice but a long wale to anything
Very nice property. It is a bit far from the casino. The services are limited because of COVID. There is no cleaning service available during the stay in the cost as there is in the hotels. The cleaning and other fees should be built into the nightly amount instead of separate line items. The gym should have a Peleton or similar program bike

Great Stay and Location
We enjoyed our stay at the MGM Signature. Everything as advertised! The valet service is awesome and the view from the balcony is out of this world. Location is close to just about everything don’t need to travel or walk too far to access the strip. Great service and hospitality. I’d definitely stay here again!

Vegas wasn't so great - but this property was really nice!
We decided to go to Vegas right as the Covid-19 pandemic was coming back for another wave. So Vegas was kind of dead ... lots of businesses closed or significantly reduced hours. Of course, that has nothing to do with the property at which we stayed, and as far as that goes - this place is everything that Louis & Marie advertise it as. Beautiful views from the 21st floor, nice pools, easy access to the strip; but also nice and quiet at the same time.

Fantastic view from deck
This property was just what we needed- my main two things are cleanliness and an outdoor space (hard to find in Vegas). It was very clean and having a deck with a view was wonderful. Comfy bed and helpful staff- highly recommended!!

Great time
This property is excellent. The monorail wasn't open still (which sucked) not owners fault Covids. You can take the duece up and down the strip. The view was great! If you are scared of heights stay at a lower floor had a friend in same room 12 floors up that was scary. This room was about perfect height for good views. Only tower 2 pool was open for the first couple days Tue-thurs. Then all 3 opened up. Again not owners fault. When vegas is 100% going again this is the perfect location! We had a great time and will stay again! Thank you so much. Some negatives in this post is just for Covid stuff in Vegas the hotel property was 100% what we wanted and expected! Great time highly recommend.

Comfortable Getaway
The check in process was seamless, was nice to get away from everything with the pandemic happening. We met up with friends who also rented on property. Wish I could have taken the baby to the pool more, but so many wait lists and it closed super early.

Too many changes
I decided to stay in this property for the MGM Grand pool complex, the day of my arrival they changed a policy, and we were no longer allowed to use the pool, even thought I called in advance to confirm. Also, they do not clean your room, even if you request it. You have to call for fresh towels, linens and to have the garbage picked up.

This room was way beyond my expectations! Gorgeous room, views and decor. PLENTY of towels, pillows and sheets for your stay. Everything that you need is in this room! Only issue we had was Valet being a bit confusing at one point due to covid. had to walk to tower 3 to pick up our car and it took 25 mins, making us late for a reservation... This however is NOT the host's fault. Just pointing out for future booking individuals so they know to call ahead for valet if in a rush..... Host was great! Accommodating and very attentive. Thank you for a great trip to my home town!

Best property and view of the strip.
This property is very clean and has probably one of the best views in my opinion. The view faces the west so you can enjoy looking at the strip while also enjoying the sunset of the local mountains. The balcony makes the experience even more pleasurable for those who are looking for sort of experience. I highly recommend taking an uber from the airport to a local grocery store before heading the property. It was very nice to have all the shopping done before we arrived. Once you get the property all you want to do is relax and enjoy your time. The property owners were wonderful, you can tell they care about your experience and are available if needed. What a great stay!
If you don't want to walk through it casino every time you get off the elevator oh, this is the place for you. I'm so glad that we chose this route, rather when staying at a traditional hotel. Very nice place and walking distance to everything we need it. Access to the monorail made it even better. Louis and Marie have a very nice place and very quickly answered any questions that we had. Next time in Vegas, we would definitely stay here again.

Loved this unit and the owners were super nice!
I go to Vegas every year for a convention. Up until this trip, I've always stayed at MGM but this year we all decided to stay at the Signature Towers. Wow! What a difference. I loved this unit! It was clean, spacious and had a kitchenette which was perfect! The price was excellent and there are NO RESORT FEES!!! Also, the owners are awesome! They answered all of my questions promptly and were so friendly! I plan to stay in this unit every year! I would absolutely recommend this unit to anyone.
