Get a Safe Private Fully furnished condo in very nice gated community of Seven Hills.
Good size bedroom with walk in closet and good size bathroom with large shower.
Beautiful open kitchen with gas stove and all stainless steel appliances including a full size washer and dryer in the laundry room.
This gated community is in the top school district, has incredible amenities, pool, hot tub, fitness center, bbq area, and club house. Very conveniently located near lots of shopping and some of the best restaurants in Nevada. Incredible walking and bike parks, golf courses and much more all nearby. Best suited for extended stays, working professionals, company staff housing needs, snowbirds, extended stay travelers and new residents moving to Nevada, and even for long-term residents.

Great spot in Vegas

The condo was the perfect size for a solo traveler and location was easy into the Strip or airport.

Seven Hills condo

Property was well located and we felt very safe. Everything was to our satisfaction except there was no cable TV. We had to pay to have a box installed and one month subscription.

Clean, nice condo in a great location.

I stayed at this condo for a little over a month while in the area for work. The condo was clean and had nice amenities and was very convenient having and in suite washer and dryer. Great location with lots of options for groceries and food. Would definitely stay again. One thing to note is there is a 73F AC max as they claim the unit will freeze if it is turned any cooler. There are ceiling fans in the main living room and bedroom which helped as this is a little warmer than I tend to prefer. All in all a great stay!
