This one story, 1300 sqft elegantly designed home includes a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, flat screen tv's with WiFi and streaming over 80 major networks and premiums included, and a beautiful backyard.

The entire space is yours! Please feel free to use any items in the house and kitchen and make yourself at home .
Help yourself to the grill in the backyard. Please remember to turn the propane tank off.
All areas of the house including backyard are accessible. However, please be courteous to our neighbors and keep noise levels down if hanging out in backyard. Thank you for understanding.

Great house, perfect for our family traveling with 2 kids and 2 dogs. The house was very clean, easy to find and location was great. We found parks nearby and it was easy to get around town. We loved the yard and all the outdoor seating. Eddie was very responsive.

Great space for my pets, quiet and safe feeling. Good location easy drive to where we needed to go. Great onsite parking. Large doorways and easy to navigate with wheelchair. Huge backyard and lots of entertainment throughout. Felt like a good place for large groups.

Multi day stay in clean and fairly spacious house

This place is clean, and big enough. Nice garage and laundry area. Nice outdoor space. My only issues: I couldn't get many of the lights to work, and the tv's internet often went in an out so we sometimes we couldn't watch tv at night but then it would work the next day. I didn't see a binder explaining anything about the house or any check out procedures so while host was communicative, I would have preferred to be a bit more informed. Additionally, the security gate to the cul de sac was non-functional with the power box actually hanging open, so I didn't feel 100% secure.

We have stayed at this property before and had a great experience. This time around the place did not smell good, the sheets were not washed from prior to our visit and the bedding just did not look clean in any of the rooms. We have washed all the bedding before use however, the smell of the property was still pretty stale.

Only drawback to the property was it was near a very busy loud street, you could hear motorcycles and cars racing late night. The property itself was great.

Vegas stay

The rental worked out well for our family. A nice big back yard to hang out in. My son is in a power wheelchair so most of the house worked well for him. Reasonable / affordable price for our stay.

The pictures were deceiving

There were coverups instead of fixes throughout the house. Ants in the kitchen. Lack of utensils (ex 3 forks), pots, and pans (which advertise as included). All of which we had to clean before use, visibly not clean. The refrigerator must of been turned off prior to our arrival because it wasn’t cold until halfway through our second day. There was no propane to use the grill. The baseboard in the master bath was rotting and molded from the water hitting it from the shower. The master tub had a broken drain plug so we couldn’t use it to bath the kids, although with the staining I’m not sure we would have. Air fresheners clipped to the AC vents and taped to the back of doors. No sheets on 3 of the beds. Advertised with grass, no grass. Poor neighborhood with street racing at night. Supposed to be a gated community but the gate was broken. There is a security system in the house but no instruction on how to use it. Overall not pleased, kind of seemed like it was just one thing after another.

This house was great to stay in. Had so many beds and good-sized rooms! Great outdoor area in the backyard as well. Felt super safe with the security system the house has as well. My only complaint is that it is a bit far from the strip. Took us about 30 minutes on average to get to where we needed to be. Other than that, great place!

Doesn’t get any better!

Great first time experience with Vrbo! Hopefully, all Vrbo listings are this good! The house was perfect and exactly as described. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive to all questions. Communication was excellent! I couldn’t ask for any better. So pleased with our stay!
