I really enjoyed staying here. It was a great location, good sized rooms and not as expensive as the rest of the hotels. However, our room did have a bit of a fishy smell. What upset me the most was the concierge. Our room received a phone call from them and they claimed that “you’re staying at so and so’s room and it comes with perks. I can get you free tickets for this and that.” It was a sales pitch for time shares. I get it, that’s a way to make money. But the fact that Niko lied on the phone and then straight to my face was inappropriate and unprofessional. He made it seem like he was interested in our stay, asking what else we need in the room. I asked for a blanket and some air freshener. Those never came. When I missed the scam meeting, I mean time share meeting, they called immediately to ask where I was. But damn let me tell you, I still never got my blanket. Honestly, they should be ashamed of overlooking what current customers need while being more concerned about their sales.
Great place to stay. But, Don’t fall for their shenanigans. Bring your own blanket
