The property was beautiful and very clean. We stayed for 2 weeks and the host Terry was an absolute pleasure to work with. She stayed in contact with us the entire stay. Was available for any questions. I would recommend this property and any property managed by Terry! We will be back!

Wonderful!!!
House is exactly as pictured, but pictures don’t do it justice. Clean, beautiful, cozy, well maintained and safe. I came for a work trip with my employees on business. We loved our entire experience!!! House was spacious and beyond comfortable. Perfect communication and the experience exceeded our expectations. Don’t hesitate, everything is amazing! (The choice above won’t let me say that this was a work trip with employees so ignore the family part. Had to pick it to be able to submit review.)

I got this place for my mom and 6 adult guests. Everyone was comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Easy check in. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Close to Fremont St. The host, Terry, great communicator and set them up with great instructions. They can’t wait to get back.

Great stay. Great location.
Beautiful, clean home with lots of room to spread out. In a quiet neighborhood but close enough to the Strip. Would stay here again. Kind of wish the property manager communicated that we would not receive the front door instructions until very close to check in time - other VRBO stays had more communication. Property is great for groups and families. Master bed is old mattress - may need replacing. Otherwise very good property. Would recommend.

Fun in Las Vegas
A large house with considerable wasted space. Major bedroom area—huge and well done. The other bedrooms are too small with little furniture in them. Kitchen missing some items. Mattresses are all fine. Bathrooms are okay, but need grab bars—particularly the bathtubs/showers. Good area—quiet, but close to downtown.

Friends Trip
Overall the location of the house was perfect with respect to the location to the strip and to restaurants and shopping. Our group basically used the house just as a place to crash and really did not utilize the features and amenities that were included with the property so we can't comment on the pool, kitchen, games, etc.

Amazing home
Have stayed here multiple times. It’s my go to place in Vegas. Had a toilet problem owner had a plumber out in an hour. Pool is great and the place is Soooo big!!

The house was clean, the rooms were huge, but the renovations are not complete - beds & couches not arranged as pictured. Lots of little things not worth disrupting a vacation about - light bulbs out, ice machine needing repair, video game non-functional, Smoke Detectors beeping, unattractive dents and holes in the walls, non-functional blinds and strange check in items like sending sensitive information without using standard security protocols. And, for the price we paid, a heated pool would have been nice (charging $95/day is excessive) so we opted out. The property manager was responsive and did fix the wifi before we arrived which was handy. There are some small touches that would have made the house fantastic. The good stuff - the kitchen was great, the neighborhood is great and we were a short 5 minutes to The Strat and about 15 minutes to the MGM resorts on the Strip.

I really felt like I could just sit back and relax here. VERY spacious, everyone was comfortable! Entire house was clean. The pool was clean and refreshing to swim in. Definitely going stay here again!

Best Vacation ever!
The property was beautiful, spacious, clean with all the amenities. Our family had a most enjoyable time there. The best part was the warm heated pool and jacuzzi. It sure was worth the extra heating fee. We look forward to coming back again soon. The host was responsive and took care of all issues remotely. Thank you Terry!

Booking Issues
We had a large group coming and booked the property for 16 people. All our confirmations and reservations confirmed this amount of guests - however, when we arrived, we were told that the occupancy was only for 8 guests max. Clearly this caused a huge problem, one that was not our fault but no conciliatory measures were made to ameliorate this situation.

Hi Alicia, thanks for your review. As I stated to you multiple times, your reservation was not confirmed for 16 people. The maximum occupancy for this house is 8 people; this is the limit you can book for, and the occupancy limit is mentioned several times on the listing. I did suggest to you that you could rent an additional rental for the rest of your group, which you declined, and said you had hotel rooms. I am licensed by the city of Las Vegas and the occupancy limits are very transparent on my listings, as well as posted inside the home. I wish you the best, Terry.

Hi, Thank you for the 5 star. But I do wish to clarify this review for anyone that is reading it and looking to book. I do not stay at the property and so I don’t know if you failed to finish writing your review or what happened. To anyone booking -- this is a private home, you have the entire home to yourself, it is 100% fenced and very quiet, it is exclusively a vacation rental (you will not find any personal effects) and I do not stay there.

Short on accountability long on life advice from the owner
Great neighborhood, spacious home but very neglected and dirty. Check in is 3:00 pm we show up at 4:00 pm and the cleaners are still there. We’re asked to wait out in the cold until after 5:00 pm. We had birthday reservations for me to celebrate with family & friends at 6:30 now this is ruined. Once We finally get in we discover the master bed is on the floor, no bed frame with the dirty old box spring exposed. The master bath toilet was over flowed with toilet paper waste in it. We requested a plunger. The refrigerator was dirty, smelled and there was crusty food stuck on the door handles. The whole house is wall to wall floors all very dirty. The home is not at all as advertised. We sent our concerns to Terry the property manager, she responded earlier regarding the home not being ready for us but had nothing to say about the master bed being in the floor etc.. She went silent on us for 3 hours. We continue to try and reach her through Vrbo and her cell to no avail. She provided the incorrect WiFi password and would not respond with the correct password nor did she offer a solution to heed our concerns. She gave us no warning that the house wasn’t ready and then when handed valid concerns she goes silent, highly unprofessional. After 2 last attempts attempts by my husband we get a call back from the very rude and patronizing owner Steve. Steve proceeds to tell us that he can’t help if a 600lb. man broke the master bed frame and that due to covid they couldn’t get a new one in time before we checked in. He said we should just “go with the flow because we’re in a million dollar home in Vegas”. As far as addressing my disappointment over missing my birthday party … Captain obvious again reminds us we’re “in Vegas” and questioned why our dinner reservations were so early? He said there are many restaurants we could go to at any hour of the night. No apology or accountability whatsoever. We were offered to leave with a full refund at 8:30 pm the night before Thanksgiving with a refrigerator full of food. This trip was to celebrate my birthday and Thanksgiving with family who live in Vegas. This isn’t the first time we’ve used Vrbo but it is the first time we had such a horrible experience and over paid for it which makes it all that much worst.

Hello, I would like to address this review. Unfortunately, the guests who checked out the day Yvonne checked in unfortunately broke the bed frame (which has since been replaced). They also checked out late and I did have to evict them. I reached out to Yvonne prior to her check in and informed her that cleaning would be pushed back due to this but she was free to come to the home if she wanted. There is only so much I can do in situations like this as this is a house, not a hotel with many units. I had an extra cleaning crew there and when Yvonne arrived they were still cleaning. Yvonne was very concerned about her dinner reservations. I suggested to her she just let the cleaning crew continue doing their job and she could still attend her dinner reservation, which she refused and asked the cleaning crew to leave. I am not sure what else she wanted me to do. It is very rare that a situation like this ever happens and when it rarely does most guests like seeing six people meticulously clean the home and have grace in understanding I am giving 110% to make it an amazing Vegas experience.

Perfect for groups-100% re-rent again!
House was perfect for our (4) couples.Very clean and spacious, host quickly responded to questions and even checked in. Everyone in our group said this was the way to go and would happily rent this property again over hotel! Loved that we were able to "hangout" outside of casinos.Ubers came very quickly and took about 8 mins to get to the Wynn; were around $15-$25 (we were there for Raider game and fights). Scheduled an albertsons delivery for some water, coffee, bagels, snacks (no cooking for us, but the kitchen/bar area is perfect if you wanted to cook)etc prior to our arrival.

This was a great property! It was clean and spacious and the property manager responded to all our needs. It is in a great location. We appreciated the rules that were given regarding the pool and the air conditioner. The one thing we would recommend is a more detailed check out process, but the property manager responded timely when we had any questions. The pool is super clean!!! No slime at all! Hope this place is available when we return.

The property manager was very attentive to our needs. There is plenty of room for everyone. We had a lot of fun in the pool. Close to the strip. Our ages ranged from 2 to 63 and we all had a great time. I would recommend it for your next vacation.

Terry was very responsive and went out of her way to make sure we had a good stay. I had asked her before arrival if there were champagne flutes because we were doing a little toast during a dinner and she ordered them for the house. The house is very spacious and was clean.

The owner doesn’t care for your stay !
It’s a lovely home in a lovely neighborhood, very close to the strip but during our stay with my family , some landscaping company came and started working cutting trees in the back yard and cleaning the palm trees while we were outside and my children were in the pool , we had to get out the way so the palm branches wouldn’t fall on us , My kids had to get out the pool . They were there for about an hour I asked the owner but she didn’t care , she never responded . I didn’t mind them working but I really thought that was unprofessional from the owner knowing we were in a vacation . The WiFi never worked and there isn’t cable there is only two t.vs in the entire house . Only one bedroom had a T.V . The beds had some stains but nothing big , really beautiful home but seems owner doesn’t Really care for your stay !

Hi Amada, thanks for your review. There is definitely cable in the house.. I pay a monthly bill for premium cable with the sports package. The WiFi is high speed (100MBPS) and I can remotely connect and see it was working fine during your stay. I reached out to you a few days before your stay and informed you about the landscaping.. I asked if you would be ok with it and you said no problem. I again checked in with you during your stay and you said everything was great. There are just some renters that you can never make happy no matter what you do. I wish you the best and thank you for your stay.

My Experience
My sales team met for a convention and stayed at this house. It was wonderful and above my expectation. The location could not be better. Neighbors out walking their pets stopping to say hello etc. This house is absolutely huge and is the best rental I have ever had. Thanks Terry.

This is such a wonderful property and Terry is such a great host. It’s located in a very nice area, the neighborhood is clean and quiet and very close to the strip. Close to the North side of the strip. House was immaculate. Master and 1 bedroom on one side of the house and 2 bds on the other side. Great layout! Furniture is tasteful. Loved the fooseball table. Beautiful kitchen, felt like home. Ample parking. Excellent communication with the owner. The jacuzzi is super small. Probably 2 person max! Great property!

Lovely home with large gathering spaces and private sleeping areas. Clean, comfortable beds, great location, nicely decorated with many high end finishes. Very nice wet bar with lots of counter space. Convenient location for accessing a variety of entertainment.

Amazing home, eloquently comfortable
Terri was so great and easy to work with. The hike clean and enough personal items to stay in on the nights we wanted to relax. The location was walking distance to a grocery store and easy access to all Vegas attractions. With multiple adults in the home we were worried about having enough room, NOT here! The commons areas were large enough to come together and enjoy company and bedrooms far enough to get away! Thank you for making our trip memorable!!!

This house worked perfectly for our family. It has many beds and the check-in and check-out process was the easiest I’ve dealt with. When I had a question for the owner, I had a response within minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house for group stay
This house was perfect for a group of 8, plenty of room for everyone. Having our own private pool was great for relaxing but being only a short uber ride from the Strip or Freemont St made it very convenient to get to popular attractions.

My friends and I had a great experience staying at this beautiful property! House and backyard were both lovely and comfortably fit our group of 10. We had one plumbing issue on the first day, but a plumber was sent out promptly to fix it and a housekeeper also came by to help clean up the water. Terry was very easy to get in touch with and quick to respond. Thanks again for a great time!

Convenient and quiet spot in the heart of Vegas.
My family & I had an excellent stay at McNeil Estates. This house had everything we needed and plenty of room to spread out. The pool, spa and house were clean and ready to go. The kitchen had all the tools we needed and there was a grocery store just a few minutes away. Terry made the transaction easy and I would certainly stay at this property and/or deal with her again.
