Welcome to your Las Vegas getaway! Just 15 minutes from the Strip, this spacious home is the perfect spot for families or groups looking to relax and have fun. You’ll be surrounded by plenty of great restaurants, shopping centers, and local activities—all within easy reach.

Inside, you’ll find 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, a comfortable living room with a large smart TV, a dining area, a fully stocked kitchen, and a laundry room for your convenience. All beds feature high-quality mattresses—including a California King in the primary bedroom—for a restful night’s sleep. The home also comes with a water filtration system, so no need to bring bottled water.

During the summer months, enjoy access to the community pool, or simply unwind at home in this quiet, gated neighborhood. With two parking spaces right in front of the property, everything is designed for a smooth and comfortable stay.

Guests will have full access to the entire home, except for the garage.
