This hotel was listed as luxury and boutique. Neither one fits. When we arrived, there was no valet on site, and the front desk or check-in area is in a hallway? I saw signs of this place being “under construction” so maybe there is a main area they are working on, but that should be included in the description and should definitely reflect in the overpriced room that I paid for. I paid $500 for a very subpar experience. Do not stay here. The pictures and listing are very deceiving.

The location was very convenient and the reason I chose this hotel for my stay (right next to the Las Vegas Fairgrounds). Housekeeping is only done upon request rather than offered per guest/day. Depending on the individual’s preference, this rule can go either way.

Hotel was overall great and easy to get to the festival grounds and northern part of the strip. Staff was super friendly at the front desk, bars, restaurants. Food was good, we only had dinner at the Ottima restaurant. The hotel is missing on some basic room amenities like having a coffee machine. It’s Vegas, so the area around the hotel is hit or miss with feeling safe and unsafe. The rooms have pink tinted windows, which I did not pick up on in the photos. So that gets to be a bit much if you’re in the room a lot and everything has a pink vibe, it’s slightly disorienting.

My fiance and I stayed just one night as we attended Sick New World. It was a short stay, but we loved the location and it's proximity to the Las Vegas Festival Grounds. The room was large for a standard kind size bedroom. Spotless - comfy sheets, pillows, and bed. Large armoirs with plenty of drawers for clothing if you are planning to stay for more than one night. Large refrigerator too! We did not eat breakfast or take advantage of any of the dining options as we were at the festival all day. Parking was super easy and convenient. The only negative I have was regarding the water pressure in the shower... there was hardly any. Nevertheless, I would still stay again and maybe next time check the water pressure before settling into my room.

Disappointing to find out the pool was allegedly under construction. That was not mentioned when I made the booking. It was also disappointing to get back to the hotel at 11pm and was unable to easily find one of the bar/restaurants still open. The hotel has great potential, but it's a hassle having restaurants, coffee shops, etc. on different floors than the first floor.

I love the activities such as Friday karaoke, the staff were friendly. I was not happy the pool was not in service. I would have not booked it there if I knew. Other than that, the food options were good, quiet and clean hotel. The price is a little on the expensive side considering the area, and small size of the rooms. It is convenient for those concert goers.

This is a great option if you are looking to stay away from the casinos and people smoking. Location is a bit inconvenient as we had to uber everywhere, but it's located right in the middle between the strip and fremont street

Pool was closed for “renovations”. When I went to look at the pool nothing was being renovated. The bed sheets were filthy, hair in the shower and outlet did not work in the room.
