From the townhome, there is easy access to the village on the first floor and the upper level leads straight to the two resort pools. All guests may also use to the Viera Complex amenities which includes the two pools, spa, and fitness center. In addition, there is the option for a parking pass in the nearby parking structure for a refundable fee.

We used to live in Lake Las Vegas and it was great to come back and stay with family in this nice 3 bedroom condo. King beds in each bedroom. Easy access to market. Great restaurants in walking distance. My only recommendation is they need to have some dishwashing and clothes washing single use packets. The local grocery only sells large size items.

Great property, clean and well furnished! Kitchen fully stocked - great outdoor areas both upstairsand down! The firepit wouldn't turn on...we assumed that was intentional. WiFi didn’t work for the first couple of days, which was problematic for us, but otherwise we had a great time in this unit!

We loved our stay! Plenty of space, immaculate, close to the pools and spa, work out room. A walk to grocery and liquor store plus restaurants to sit at and enjoy the marina. Very quiet during the week but a great experience!

Very nice unit. Well furnished and clean.
A very nice property. Convenient to everything. Parking is a nightmare because there’s only a few spots available. You have to have access to the garage or you could be towed for illegal parking. Owner said he didn’t think this unit included garage parking but ended up having the parking pass sent to the door. The construction was very bothersome and we weren’t able to sit outdoors from morning until 4:00 pm. Once construction is completed I would consider renting this unit again but only with the promise of a parking transmitter.

Amazing townhouse. Located next to excellent restaurants, shops, nice lake views and walking trails. The townhouse itself is very clean and decorated nicely, Ray was excellent on getting back to us with any questions we had and great details on what we needed to know to check in and out. We will definitely be returning.

BEWARE: LOUD CONSTRUCTION, DIRTY CARPETS, NOISE MONITORING!
I'm sorry to leave a negative review but I think in protection to others, you need to know: 1. There are "NOISE MONITORING" devices all over the inside (that's right - in your bedroom) the property. It felt like a jail cell more than a vacation experience. It's was really weird! 2. No mention in ad or by owner/managers that there is HEAVY construction right next door that is L O U D. It started at 6am. 2. The carpets are DIRTY. This may be OK if you don't care about a high-degree of cleanliness, but we did care. 3. We got there early (a couple hours) and the property manager seemed "put out" about it. They wanted to charge us for early entry even though no one was there the night before. We thought that was cheap to NICKEL & DIME us. 4. The manager had an impatient ATTITUDE. It seemed like we were bothering him. Is that not his job to "manage" the property or respond to tenant questions? We would not choose to stay here ever again.
