Great location

Very nice
The condo is in a residential building, but from our experience, many of the people there were vacationers (but not partiers). It's set in a sort of planned village with lots of shops and pretty, scenic views. Unfortunately, the village was a little deserted in April when we went, but the restaurants, while expensive, were delicious with great service. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The kitchen had all the supplies needed to cook, and bedroom had a very comfortable king size bed. The property owner was very very responsive when we had questions. We never heard our neighbors. The location is a little remote. We used this as a jumping off point for hiking, and that worked well. The only issue was that getting supplies at Target or going to Starbucks is about a 15 minute drive one wat. Not a deal breaker at all, though.

Lake Las Vegas Condo
Overall stay would of been much better if the cleanliness was done properly. The toilet doesn’t flush properly have to jiggle handle. Bathroom sink doesn’t not drain properly. Both the shower and tub and toilet had not been cleaned. Along kitchen island one of the outlet plates kept falling off it was velcro on. Also there was dirty plates in cabinet that had not even been washed dried food on them. I did enjoy the views and the lake area.

Lovely property. Great host.
We really enjoyed our stay. The unit is lovely. Location is great. We actually love enjoying the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas from a distance. It is so worth it to drive to the Strip for shows, restaurants and nightlife. There’s also a vibrant nightlife at Lake Las Vegas, but be warned, the cut-off out in this area is 10pm.

Absolutely Wonderful
We wanted to stay close to Las Vegas without being on the strip. This was perfect. It had so many restaurants and they were exceptional. The atmosphere was very relaxed which was what we wanted in a vacation site. It was close to everything, The Strip (within 15 minutes), Hoover Dam (20-30 minutes), Grand Canyon (1-2 hours), other areas like Water Street District (10 minutes). So grateful to have found this little oasis.

Great stay at Lake Las Vegas
Loved our stay at Lake Las Vegas in this condo. We are not strip people so the location was perfect for us. The property overall was great and the amenities offered by this unit were well worth the nightly fee. Unit was stocked with everything we needed - we usually eat in breakfast and lunch. And for dinner there are lots of local options or options down the road in Henderson. We also loved the location. Such a neat downtown village area - we were there on Friday which was farmer market day so bonus. We also rented e-bikes from Pedego in the village and found that the area is extremely bike friendly and we had a really good time. Property owners/managers provided excellent communication and instructions. Was easy to follow and we had no issues. Thank you for the great stay!

Everything was great at this unit. The kitchen was stocked with more cooking utensils than I have seen at other VRBOs—a full set of pots and pans, knives and stirring devices, toaster, coffeepot, etc. Everything was simple and clean, and there is a nice west-facing porch, too. Highly recommended.

Lovely Condo
The condo is lovely, clean, and quiet. My husband and I enjoy our stay very much. There was a water issue in the building during our time and the owners were in constant communication with us. We loved the location and the distance from the strip. Henderson has lots of restaurants and shopping area if needed. We did not have to go far for Starbucks or staple items. We ventured out daily and visited sites in Nevada, Arizona, California, and Utah.We did not fully used the amenities or use the kitchen but I saw that it was fully equipped if one was to do so. The property have plenty of parking space and the property is fully secured, which I truly appreciated. Most importantly the condo felt like a home and we will definitely rent this again if we are in the Vegas area. Thank you Cristian and Mariana for renting us your condo. We truly enjoyed being there

Wonderful, clean, easy place to stay, right by the lake and it’s restaurants (although the Italian restaurant was waaaayyyy overpriced and stingy with portions). Very easy to check in, place was comfy and clean and nicely decorated. Would strongly recommend it!

We had a wonderful family vacation only thing I would recommend is having a map with information on what is happening in the area along with mass times. The check in person were not friendly or helpful Maybe you should have a binder with information on what is going on around the area.

Great Place!
Exceptional host and very clean place. We stayed here with our three little boys and it was big enough for 5 of us. The pool was not busy at all which made it more fun for the boys. Very close to Henderson for shopping and restaurants. Little grocery store downstairs is nice for basic needs.

Exactly what we were looking for
The property was exactly what we needed which was a central location to Vegas and other attractions. The village was beautiful and our teenagers loved the water inflatables park. The pools we're clean and well kept as well. Chris responded very quickly on all of our questions (which there weren't many because they had already anticipated and answered them). Overall a wonderful experience, I would recommend the location to anyone looking for a nice, quiet area away from the Vegas lights but close enough to visit.

If you need to stay around LV and don't want to stay in the city this is the place to be. Convenient to LV but away from it all. Even if you don't need to go into LV, this is the place to be. Comfortable, quiet, well appointed and a beautiful view of the lake. The accommodations are well taken care, well equipped and clean. Lake Las Vegas is a mini European style village center, in the middle of the desert. Highly recommended!

Great property in a great spot.
This property met all our expectations for a perfect getaway. The condo is perfectly situated in Lake Las Vegas. We will no longer stay on the strip on our visits to Vegas. The condo was very clean and had everything the 2 of us needed. Cris is a good host and responded very quickly to our questions. We cooked most of our meals in. The store next door was convenient, the pub was perfect, and breakfast at the cafe delicious. We golfed nearby and cycled miles of paved cycle paths. This was altogether a excellent condo in a wonderful spot.

Simple, quiet, beautiful.
My family of four stayed for a week in July, and we enjoyed every minute of our trip. The condo was simple, but very well equipped. The king size be was greet comfortable. Our two teenagers slept on the sleeper sofa and futon. The property included several restaurants, that were all wonderful. The community grocery store and coffee bar was great, as well. The store stocks all the necessities for a “fly in” stay, including snacks, sodas, beer, wine, laundry essentials, toiletries, etc. Parking was easy, and the property includes access to two swimming pools and a hot tub that were seldom crowded at all. I am a light sleeper, and was worried about noise. Honestly, it was so quiet that I have no idea if any other tenants were around. If not for seeing people in the hallways, One might think that you had the entire building to yourself. We had one, small issue with an electrical outlet. Communication with the owner was quickly answered, and the after hours maintenance personnel showed up to repair this issue in about 45 minutes. The air conditioning seemed to struggle a bit in the Las Vegas heat (in excess of 105 while we were there). Other than that, we were completely satisfied with our experience. We will definitely stay here again on future trips to Vegas!

Quiet, clean and cozy. Loved staying here!
Traveled to Vegas with my 3 daughters who will be attending UNLV this fall. We wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle of the strip for a few days. This was perfect. The owners were very prompt with answering all questions I had about the property and booking. It's very cozy, clean and spacious. The pool was great as well and the people were friendly. If traveling with children, this is the way to go.

Beautiful surroundings in a quiet location! Village and areas to walk around are beautiful!
The property at this time of the year is very quiet and a nice relaxing place to spend the day. A 30 minute drive into the strip but ask the locals for the best route as your GPS tends to take you the long way and can be up to 50 minutes

We loved staying here! The online photos are accurate. The view of Lake Las Vegas from the balcony was great. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony getting some sun and watching the activity on the lake. Cris sent us information when we booked it, which answered all of our questions. The building has coin operated washer/dryer which we used. Clean, well running machines. Exercise room is next door to the laundry. So, I "took a walk" while waiting for the laundry. A little cool for us to use the outdoor pool. Saw a Dad and his children having fun in the hot tub. Great to hear the children laughing and giggling. It was nice to have a grocery store and restaurants in the village. The location is so close to walking trails and Lake Mead National Recreational Area. Went to the strip a few times, but it was nice to "escape" to Viera.

Quiet Winter retreat
Lakeside community offers tranquility and convenience to near by Las Vegas for excitement. Apartment was adequately furnished, with well appointed kitchen amenities and clean. Lake view from balcony and bedroom was great! Could definitely be upgraded with a new mattress .

Hi, Not sure why this review is only three stars. The guest was verbally very pleased with our condo and the wording in his review seems to indicate that as well. Perhaps something was mis-clicked during the review because there were no issues that this guest informed us about during his stay. The mattress is a matter of preference and this was the first time that anyone has said it could be better. Since the mattress is relatively new and in good shape, we have added comfy padding, which certainly makes us softer. :) Regards, Cris

Wonderful place to stay
I rented this condo as a base for exploring the Lake Mead national park. Needless to say, it was perfect. I was only a few miles away from the park gate entrance and was able to enter the park early in the morning for some rigorous hiking. The condo itself was clean and the king size bed was quite comfortable. The balcony was large and it allowed a nice views of Lake Las Vegas. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Our good luck with VRBO/Homeaway finally ran out--
The good part first-- Nice dinner at the Italian restaurant and likewise for breakfast at the French café. We checked in at 4:00 P M and after the drive across the desert, wanted a cool drink. NO ICE! No icemaker in the fridge and no trays to make it the old fashioned way. The front desk advised the location of a machine on the lower level. The unit was not clean! Stuff? on the kitchen floor, the carpet, and the couch, including hair. Called the owner, and fortunately the housekeeper was still in the building. While waiting, we didn't want to sit on the couch, so we went to the balcony. Had to use the 3 remaining sheets of paper towel to clean a thick layer of dust from the table and chairs. Many shortages of basic supplies: No full sized drinking glasses; Only one wine glass; No kitchen towels; Only one bath towel and no wash cloths or hand towels; No soap in the bath or shower. By 7:00 the housekeeper had cleaned and had brought in paper towels, 3 more bath towels, and one hand towel. At bed time we found that the bed was nice and firm, but the sheets did not fit. The lower sheet barely covered the mattress with only an inch or so of over hang. The next morning we found a stray Cheerio on the bathroom floor. We did not feel comfortable staying there, so we left after breakfast and forfeited 3 nights of rent. The place needs a DEEP cleaning, a resupply of the basic amenities, and closer supervision by the owner. Dave & Cami

Hi Dave and Cami, We apologize that your experience was sub standard. Clarification on the initial cleaning... The first time you showed up it was before checkin time without precoordination and cleaning had not been completed. Judging the condition of the unit at that time is not exactly fair. However, based on this and other feedback, we have since replaced the cleaning company for all our condos. I’m happy to say that the new company is doing very well and we are receiving great feedback from our guests. We have also added ice trays and additional wine glasses to the kitchen. We hope that you will give us another chance to make this up to you. Respectfully, Cris and Mariana PS. We have offered to apply a credit for the unused days, but have not heard back from you to date.

uncomfortable and needs cleaning
Lake Las Vegas is a great place to spend time in Las Vegas, It is quiet and close to Lake Mead, Hoover Dam, and casinos in Henderson. However this was not the best condo to stay in. The furniture was uncomfortable and the bed was too soft. The shower had black mold on tile and door and the condo floor was covered with sand. Good luck finding a parking space on Saturday nights.

Cleaning: we have decided to hire a different cleaning crew going forward to make sure the place is in tip-top shape. 3. Parking: We regret the parking situation.
