Private Home w/pool, spa, game room & home gym. 15 mins from the Strip.
- Our home is an exceptional find! It is located on a cul de sac in a quiet, family oriented neighborhood.Both sides and backyard are protected with a 6 foot block wall. A gate is on the side with the only way of entering the exterior areas of the home. This offers an extra level of security and peace of mind as you relax and enjoy the pool, spa, mini golf or just grilling out and enjoying the day in the sun.
Excellent location with endless choices of restaurants, and only 15 mins to the Strip.
Fully equipped kitchen with extras, as (slow-cook air-fryer and rice cooker). double sink with separate filtered not water faucet for drinking, hot tea, etc. Granite island with drawers and cabinets is fully stocked with pots, pans and silverware, Stove is gas, with grill top and oven. Also a dishmachine, stainless steel fridge and microwave. Whole home is filtered with a salt water system. Laundry room has washer and dryer for guests to wash as convenience .
