The couch in the living room can be pulled out for two additional beds. The spacious kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals - two hot plates, a microwave oven with grill function, sink, fridge with freezer (3 stars) and a dishwasher. The bathroom has a spacious shower cubicle, a wash basin, bidet and toilet.
In addition, an attic room is accessible via a ceiling hatch with a pull-out (steep) ladder. It offers space for children to play or for an additional sleeping space. A glazed door leads from the living room / kitchen to a large balcony.
