"The dirtiest Marriott I’ve ever stayed at. Very disappointing. Beds are awfully uncomfortable. I switched rooms because they all smell musty and old. I was sneezing the smell was so bad. Pool was never clean. Needs major updating. Staff was nice but I would never stay again. "

"The room was clean. The property was clean with someone policing the area daily. The staff was very friendly and helpful."

"The front desk staff was for check in was really helpful. My only issue with that was she told me that my checkout time was 1pm Sunday since I’m a Hyatt member. That was incorrect. I personally didn’t care for the valet guy when I checked in. He came over right away to make sure I was a hotel guest while I was wrestling with my bags. No offer to help or get me a cart or anything. Then he told me he “guessed it’s ok for me to leave my car there while I check in.” What else is that area for? I think if the hotel didn’t have someone to help with bags then the valet should at least offer to get the carts for luggage. The room was clean and well stocked, the housekeepers were very nice."
