Composed of a large living room opening onto a south-facing terrace and two large bedrooms with double bed (one of which is accessible by a miller's ladder), it benefits from a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet, a large basement and a parking space.
Ideally located between the Aubrac plateau and the Tarn gorges and located less than 10 minutes from two of the ten most beautiful villages of the Aveyron, it will be the starting point for a discovery of a region with varied and wild landscapes. From Gévaudan to the Millau viaduct, from the fairs of Laissac to the cutlery factories of Laguiole, from the Roquefort cellars to the vineyards of Marcillac, from the plateau of the thousand cows to the local farmer, you will be surrounded by the authenticity of a rurality that is just waiting to welcome you.
