"This place describes itself differently from the real experience I arrived at 7 pm Sign on the door says lobby closes at eight I had no instructions about room or door key code in my email confirmation of booking the room just one hour before I arrived An hour later someone returned our calls and gave me information to get into a room that was not as was described on the website also the amenities were not in working order and nobody on the property to actually maintain its facility It was not safe for single women traveling and I would not ever reccomend this place The supposedly place to eat was closed as well False advertising I wanted a refund and hotels. Com denied it I didn’t even stay in the room so it didn’t need cleaned Which was not cleaned for me very well."

"Perfect location; walking distance to town and lovely views. We only used the main bed and it was AMAZING! Very cute cabin. Kitchen has everything you need. Wonderful toiletries, towels etc. WIFI nice and strong. Hot tub perfect. No fooling that 4WD is a requirement. We needed to use Lo in our F250 to get to the top parking spot. We absolutely recommend it. "

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin is in a perfect location right on the river, but there are a few need-to-know things. If you have any mobility challenges, this cabin will be a struggle. The spiral staircase up to the main bedroom is tight with narrow steps, so not a good fit for my bad knees. You have to go outside to the downstairs bedroom, and once again, there are stairs, but easier to navigate than the spiral staircase. It is a great cabin in a great location, but beware of this challenge."

"This is a perfect home for large families. It fit us all with large gathering areas and a downstairs where the kids could gather. This was our 2nd time in this home and we hope to be back again"

"Pros: clean; good size house for a group; great number of bathrooms; great view of river with deck seatingCons: for a house that can host 15 people, the hot water only lasts for approximately 3 showers which is a huge inconvenience when the group all comes home from skiing; dumpster is not on site so extra trips must be made to take trash out"

"Overall the cabin was nice. However, I don’t know that it was worth the price per night. The hot tub & sauna were great! The location is beautiful, but a far drive to get anywhere. Our biggest complaint was that the listing didn’t mention the toxic water situation. Anywhere there is a sink in the house, there’s a note reminding you that the water is bad for you & to please only drink from the Culligan tap in the kitchen. The water in the shower smells like eggs & leaves you feeling gross as you know it isn’t even safe for drinking. Again, beautiful location & great hot tub/sauna, but not sure we would stay again. "

"Everything was great, however the trash bins were never emptied from a previous stay and the water never got very hot for the master bathtub. When I asked they told me to turn the faucet on. On fully hot, it was only lukewarm. The access/entry code given didn’t work either, had to call management for a new entry code. "
