"We dropped something behind the desk. When we pulled it away from the wall the get our item we found a LOT of filthy garbage back there. Disgusting. People were shouting to each other down the hallway in the morning, sounded like it might have been cleaning staff based on what they were saying (?) and woke us much earlier than we were wanting."

"Brand new hotel so everything was still shiny and looked good! Room was comfortable. Overall no complaints!"

"Pool and slide great for families with young and older kids. Different style of pool with no large area for play. Breakfast was ok, something off about the chunked eggs and sausages one day but the omlettes and sausage patties the next day were way better. Stayed on a thurs & friday so breakfast was very busy sat morning, there were several waffle machines and a whole wheat option which was nice. Convenient, reasonable priced laundry services and supplies on site. Easy and quick drive to stores and restaurants. Some furniture has worn but was still clean. Nice that hot drinks were available all day and not closed off. "

"Beautiful hotel! The room and the bathroom were clean. The bed was comfortable. They don’t provide many towels in the bathroom, but you can always ask for more! All staff we encountered were friendly - front desk, lounge, restaurant, and dining room. The breakfast menu in the dining room had a lot of gluten-friendly options. The lounge had excellent cocktails, supper at the Burrow was lovely, and breakfast in the dining room was delicious. There were lots of spaces for paid parking. Two complaints: 1) the hot tub was too hot and the jets in it were too strong, and 2) the walls in our room were thin, so we could hear the neighboring guests talking late into the night. "

"2 staff members didnt know there was a dedicated dog run area with dog bags. One was extremely rude when i let him know as its a huge benefit to dog owners traveling."
