"the only downfall of this hotel is the lack of communication. on the bedroom tv it states last orders for restaurant is at 9.50pm. we arrived at the chinese restaurant on the ground floor and the waitress working there said kitchen closes at 9.30pm, incredibly frustrating. at one point i couldn't ..."

"I think it's comfortable, clean, and in a good location. I think check-in could be better, currently it's only between 4-6pm which is super difficult but the proprietor accomodated me at 2:30pm. The room was clean but the shower head was broken and the bed was ok."

"The shower did not for 3 days and the property refused to fix or accommodate a room change. We also expected a self catering accommodation however we only had a microwave. Trying to reach out to the property is near enough impossible as they do not answer the phone and the customer service is awful ..."
