Tres bonne semaine en famille .maison très bien situé pour visité la region 10 minute de la plage je recommande vivement, mais petit bémol sur les chambres a l etage ou il fait une chaleur impossible d y dormir c est dommage.

Le propriétaire ne fournit pas les produits pour l’entretien de la maison, on devait les fournir nous même, ce qui est inconcevable lorsqu’on loue une maison pour un court séjour. Je ne sais pas si c’est le cas pour tous les propriétaires de VRBO, mais les propriétaires des AIRBNB ont compris que pour la propreté des lieux ils avaient intérêt à fournir le nécéssaire. Nous étions 10 personnes, les équipements sanitaires et le réfrigérateur sont insuffisant pour ce nombre, d’autant plus qu’une des deux douche (très petite) est dans une des chambre, donc peu pratique lorsque quelqu’un dort. La maison par contre est très bien située, près des marchés d’alimentation (accessible à pied) ,des plages et de villages côtiers intéressants. Nous avons eu des petits problèmes (fuite d’un évier, panne d’électricité de la maison uniquement et manque d’eau chaude. Lorsque la personne ressources (Kathy) était informée, elle agissait avec diligence pour régler le problème, donc ce ne fut pas vraiment un problème pour nous. Je recommande le lieu pour un groupe de six personne. Nous sommes restés 14 jours, nous étions 9 adultes et un enfant de 14 ans.

Un super séjour !

Nous avons été 10 jeunes entre 17 et 18 ans à louer cette magnifique villa et nous avons passé un séjour de folie. La maison et le jardin sont parfaits pour accueillir autant de personnes, et nous n’avons eu aucun problème avec le voisinage malgré la musique qu’on mettait dans le jardin. Il y a une table de ping-pong, l’accès à netflix, plusieurs chambres, une salle de bain superbe et la piscine est plus grande que sur les photos, tout ce qu’il faut pour ravir des adolescents. De plus la maison est plutôt bien située avec un supermarché à 4 minutes de marche et un macdonalds tout près également. La plage est loin à pied (environ 1h15) mais il y a des bus ou alors on peut toujours tenter de faire du stop (5-10 minutes en voiture). Le propriétaire a été très gentil avec nous et a bien préparé notre arrivée, ce qui est plutôt rare lorsque les locataires sont des adolescents. Bref, cette villa a été une très bonne surprise et nous avons passé des vacances de rêve.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. La villa est parfaitement équipée, plancha, cuisine d'été, matériel pour les enfants et bébés entre autres qui sont de vrais plus! A notre arrivée nous avons été accueilli et conseillé par la gestionnaire pour notre séjour. De plus, elle était très réactive et disponible. Je recommande vivement cette villa spacieuse, moderne et conviviale.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa. Le cadre est très agréable et la proximité des commerces est un vrai plus. La villa dispose de tout l'équipement nécessaire pour les enfants en bas âge, ce qui est très appréciable. Merci à la gestionnaire pour son accueil et au propriétaire pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir bientôt. Je recommande sans aucune hésitation car c'est l'idéal surtout pour les familles nombreuses 😉

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist super ausgestattet und sehr schön. Einkäufe und Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs sind zu Fuß innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. Das Wohnviertel ist ruhig mit sehr netten Nachbarn und die Kinder können auf der Strasse spielen. Die Hausbetreuung vor Ort is super und war sehr hilfsbereit. Latour-Bas-Elne liegt zwischen mehreren Ferienorten mit Traumstränden, ein Auto ist jedoch empfehlenswert. Danke für den tollen Urlaub :-)

Magnifique sejour

Merci au propriétaire qui a tout fait pour nous mettre a l'aise. C'est une très belle maison et les voisins sont super!!! Je recommande a tout le monde ce cadre car il est très reposant. Nous espérons y revenir prochainement.
