Dommage car un vrai potentiel …

L’annonce et les photos sont sans doute un peu datées par rapport à la réalité constatée sur place. On voit que la nature a repris ses droits autour d’une maison vraisemblablement peu occupée (l’humidité et les toiles d’araignée en attestent dès votre arrivée). Une odeur de fioul (cuve dans le garage) innonde les pièces de vie si agréables à vivre pendant les fortes chaleurs. Plus de gaz pour cuisiner, un ménage plus que douteux, une piscine à nettoyer chaque jour (pas de bâche et le vent qui souffle sur une végétation luxuriante), des lits king size absents (plutôt des lits simples accolés), des cafetières inexistantes, une vaisselle pour le moins hétérogène : bref, on est loin des codes de l’hôtellerie en termes de fonctionnalité. C’est vraiment dommage car l’endroit est magnifique (hameau calme au milieu des vignes) et la maison a beaucoup de charme (mais laissée un peu à l’abandon …). Si vous aimez le côté « roots » et faire le ménage pendant vos vacances, foncez ! Sinon, passez votre chemin !
