Off-street, free 24 hour reserved parking, within one minute walking distance to the apartment.

Minutes walk to Launceston's famous Princess Theatre and Harvest Market. Also within short walking distance is the City Park, UTAS Stadium, Cataract Gorge and Waterfront.

This surprisingly roomy apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with stone bench tops, down draft hotplates, oven, fridge, microwave and everything you need. Perfect for families, couples or business travellers.

The main luxurious bedroom consists of a king size bed with quality bedding and tasteful décor. The bedroom has ducted heating and ample storage for clothing. A queen size sofa bed is also available in the lounge room, with a privacy divider.
