Summary

This newly built family home has everything you could need for your next visit to Launceston. Clean and tidy, it offers the comfiest of beds, 2 spacious bathrooms and well designed kitchen, living, dining area.

Only 6 minutes from the centre of Launceston city and 1 minute from the beautiful Norwood IGA, you'll be sure to be a hop, skip and a jump from whatever you need.

The home also offers under cover car parking for 2 cars and plenty of space in the backyard to enjoy a backyard BBQ.

Space

The home has an open plan kitchen, living and dining area with a spacious deck out the front, and an outdoor BBQ area out the back. The home also offers a decent backyard with boulders perfect for kids to have hours of climbing fun!

The three bedrooms are on the west side of the home with the master looking out into the backyard and enjoying an ensuite bathroom and large built in robe. The main bathroom is spacious and offers both a bath and a shower. The laundry is a euro style laundry in the hallway with a modern washing machine.

There are 2 spaces for cars to park under the house.
