Step into history and treat yourself with the old world charm of this gorgeous, sun filled, very spacious home away from home. right in the heart of the Chic Charles St cafe and restaurant strip. You will be delighted here with the perfect location for every occasion, be it work or leisure, being located a short stroll to the hospital and catering to a family or group of up to 8 people makes this a perfect stay. Offering four large bedrooms, including three queen beds and two king single beds, it comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. Enjoy easy access to nearby attractions and the convenience of a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable living spaces that open to a private courtyard with a BBQ and spaces to just relax with family or friends.
The Space:
Enjoy the sun and a beverage on the front deck or privacy out the back in the fully enclosed courtyard with a BBQ and plenty of seating options for everyone to relax. Inside experience the allure of the old world charm with over sized bedrooms, high ceilings and beautiful mantles and all the old world features of this home built in 1890, this Queen of Charles certainly would have some tales to tell, I am sure there will be many more tales to come too as she is a beauty and she is the in the best spot on Charles St. A perfect location that you won't be in a hurry to leave.
The home also offers a large dining room, large sunny family room that leads out to the courtyard, a large bathroom with a walk in double shower and a large bath.
Guest Access:
Guests have use of the entire home for their stay, you enjoy your own entrance, parking and privacy of the house to yourself. There is ample space to park 3 cars if needed end on end in the driveway.
The Neighborhood:
This is a little hub spot of the city. Whilst you are located in a busy area you may hear road noise inside the home but the best location for convenience will make up for this we are sure. Please be mindful & respectful of neighbours keeping any noise to a minimum during quiet hours 10pm to 7am.
Getting Around:
You can literally walk anywhere in the City from here. If venturing out of the city to visit tourist attractions you will need a vehicle.

Please note: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. This house is located in Charles Street, Launceston, near the hospital, is fully equipped for both short and long-term stays, making it ideal for locum doctors or those working nearby. The kitchen is fully set up plus a fully equipped laundry. The house is suitable for families, couples, or work stays. Free parking is available on the premises. Enjoy amenities such as a BBQ grill, and internet, with spacious bedrooms and a modern bathroom.
Guests staying 4 nights or longer will enjoy a complimentary bottle of locally sourced wine.
