It is a beautiful old house in the lovely area that has a lot of history. My room was very large and comfortable with beautiful views over the town. He also had a lihht breakfast in the morning to get you on your way. The owners are very responsive and made it easy to get checked in. I had a wonderful wonderful day and would highly recommend it!

For a top end property, it was disappointing. Tiny bathroom, bed head and blinds not cleaned & full of fluff. Hard to sleep due to too much light from neon sign out front and in hallways. Good breakfast though, that's about it.

the room it self was lovely and the building.Just 2 things we found annoying. The bathroom was very very small when seated on the toilet and when in the shower box.It was ok but thought it could have been a bit bigger. The only thing we were really upset about was the dog over the back barked and barked for hours when the owner must have been out.It was continual.everything else was excellent. we would stay again as it was so clean and roomy the actual room itself all but the bathroom.

A historic building in very good condition in a pleasant area of Launceston. All amenities are excellent and host friendly and helpful. Breakfast included but very basic; however, sufficient to start the day.

What a beautifully restored and decorated home, we fell in love with it! Lovely hosts, breakfast enough to set out for the day. Great location, very central to town. Good to have parking off main road.

A beautiful old renovated home with lots of period charm furnished to match. Very clean and very comfortable, a great place to chill after two very busy days. Alison and Richard could not have made us feel any more welcome. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Lovely place to stay, comfy room and plenty of space. Convenient location to the town centre. Bathroom and shower is a tad small, however expected in a renovated home.

Great welcome from Richard to this beautiful old home. Our room was huge with a very comfy bed a great quality linen. Handy for town but steep coming back!

Good home base for 3 days of exploring
Location was very good. Breakfast was a bit disappointing but was as advertised. Room was very comfortable. Hosts were very pleasant and offered suggestions for activities.

Most comfortable stay
Beautiful stately home and a lovely front room to stay in. Recently refurbished so there are no ‘frills’ in the room as yet, just the basics. Ample continental breakfast in attractive dining room. Very friendly owners.
