"The rooms need a paint out. We needed Disabled Parking and made the hotel aware of this on our booking, to find that 3 cars had taken up the 2 wheelchair spaces. The hotel came out and had a look at the cars but did nothing about it. So disappointing that people still do this. Breakfast was good."

"Overall great stay. It sure how many of their stays are two nights like us, but having handy the top things to do in town and in the area would be great. Better yet, offer to send it in advance. The other thing I would say is that there needs to be more hooks on the walls so two people can each hang a towel, toiletries bag plus clothes you plan to put on after a shower. This is consistently an observation for all accommodations."
Launceston Central Apartment Hotel

"I stayed for seven nights at the Launceston Central Apartment Hotel, which is close to the shopping area and convenient for public transport. Communication with the staff was excellent and both check in and check out went smoothly. The accommodation offered a clean room, a spacious bathroom, a kitchenette, and a laundry facilities. The room temperature worked fine for me, so I did not use air conditioning. I did not drive, so I did not use the car park."
