Nice stay in Le Val de Vence
I booked rather late in the afternoon and was welcomed in a friendly manner. The service was excellent. I enjoyed dinner in the restaurant with the same stellar service. Recommended.

Nice hotel, owners very helpful, in rural France.
A nice quiet hotel in a small town. Unfortunately after driving all day to get to the Hotel, there was no where to eat. I had to drive another half hour for the nearest restaurant.

OK for a night but avoid Sundays!
Poor first impression - door was locked and hotel in darkness, had to telephone for someone to turn up. Then told that restaurant was closed on Sundays and only some sort of barn dance over the road available for snack food, nothing else in town. No alternative but a 10km drive to next town. General decor very drab and worn, strange beds very low and cheap sheets but fairly comfortable nevertheless. Average breakfast, lucky the stay was so cheap.

A french Hotel
A pleasant typically French but which was a little short of our expectations. We did not like going out in the rain to get breakfast or visit the restaurant. access to our room was via uncovered and difficult stairs. The restaurant was nicely decorated in bistro style but the menu and food were very poor.

one night i a quiet french backwater
Stayed here for one night en route to Germany. Only chose this as i booked at short notice and it was the only hotel in the area that had vacancies. So that said, i wasnt expecting much. Have to say for an overnight stay it is very good. I wouldnt want to stay for more than one night though. Only because the place is basic and it has no proper reception area or bar. The restaurant was basic, but the food was excellent. They even stayed open late for us as we didnt arrive until gone 9pm. The hotel is in 2 parts, with the rooms in a seperate part from the reception and restaurant. It has good off road parking and the village itself has only a population of 600. As I said, its in a lovely quiet backwater of that part of France, which itself is very scenic and often overlooked. Rooms were spacious and comfortable beds with a large bathroom. So all in all a good place to saty as long as its not too long.

Chambre vieillotte, propreté a revoir, prises de courant dans la salle de bain et interrupteur de la lampe du miroir a 1m90, je fais 1m60... Petit dejeuner tres leger, café cafetière, sur le principe, je n ai rien contre, mais quand il reste a chauffer pendant plus d une heure, il devient imbuvable... LE croissant etait bon. Pas de frigo dans la chambre, aucun endroit pour poser la trousse de toilette dans la salle de bain, un bureau pour poser la valise. Table de chevet tombée au milieu de la nuit, avec seulement 1 bouteille d eau et un téléphone dessus.

Prima verblijf gehad. Schone kamer en goed bed. Onze motoren konden veilig op de parkeerplaats van het hotel staan. We hebben heerlijk gegeten in het restaurant van het hotel.

Très bon séjour au Val de Vence !
J'ai dormi une nuit au Val de Vence pour affaires et j'ai passé un très bon séjour. La chambre était très bien, le restaurant très bon et le personnel très accueillant, je recommande vivement!

Bij aaankomst was er niemand in het hotel aanwezig en tot ons verdriet was het, door jullie op de site vermelde, restaurant op zondag gesloten. Ik begrijp dat de eigenaar ook eens vrij wil hebben, maar zet dergelijke informatie op jullie site. Ik had dit hotel dan NOOIT geboekt. Nu was het eerstvolgende restaurant kilometers verder weg.

Dommage que les prix d3 la carte pour les repas du soir sont plus élevés quand vous avez votre facture le lendemain.... Bière à 3,70 facturé 4,70. De plus, on vous demande si vous voulez un peu de salade avec votre pizza, et le lendemain on vous facture 4 euros..... Point positif, personnel pro, et nuit calme, j'avais une chambre dans la court

un hotel comme on les aime !
Superbe accueil , serveurs aux top et aux petits soins , nourriture très correcte , chambre possédant un bon rapport qualité/prix . Aucune mauvaise surprise, il faut juste éviter de prendre la chambre n°2 situé au dessus de l'accueil , dès 6H30 du mat , des ouvriers vous réveillent en parlant et fumant . Très bon hôtel dans un coin tranquille :)

Hôte très accueillant, literie confortable mais...
Notre séjour et l'hôtel auraient été parfait si la chambre ne donnait pas sur la route ( insonorisation au niveau des fenêtre quasi nulle ). Sinon la literie est génial, il n'y a rien a redire sur la propreté et le service. Juste demander une chambre coté cours et non coté route!
