"Stayed here Saturday 5/30/26. Booked a suite without reading reviews and instantly regretted it.. Carpet was stained with white stains which instantly was a turn off. They claim “Free WIFI” as one of the amenities but it doesn’t even work especially if you’re on the lower level floors. No WiFi on the TVs either.. When asking the front desk about the WiFi she said I have to keep disconnecting and reconnecting.. ghetto. The bed AND sheets had a stain on them, along with the pull out couch. I had to ask for them to redo the beds. I was so paranoid I checked the mattresses for bedbugs throughout the night which allowed me to barely sleep. I was staying in this suite with family members that were in town from down south. I honestly should have read the reviews so I take some of the blame but MY GOD. THE ONLY HIGHLIGHT WAS THE LADY WHO WAS WORKING THE BREAKFAST THE MORNING OF SUNDAY 5/31/26. She was the highlight of the stay as she was very friendly, helpful and attentive. This place needs a remodel, new furniture and 100% new sheets throughout. Also, the room window curtain didn’t fully close so there was clear vision into the room. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO STAY HERE UNLESS YOU’RE LOOKING FOR SOMETHING REALLY F***ING CHEAP."
